Desa Potato Head Bali

Great for couples to enjoy a relaxing few days! The suite, staff, food and facilities (including the spa and massages) were perfect. In-room services also include a bartender and floral bath, which can be arranged upon request. All the staff both throughout the hotel, the club and the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. The noise at the club also does not reach the hotel, and either way, the soundproof windows work well.

In general, definitely a lovely place to stay in nice design and with really good restaurants + experience. - tried to make some cocktails in the room (which is their specials in every room) and found the squeezer used with lemons/ limes on it - kind of disgusting for a 5-star hotel.. - during my checkout it was actually raining. I called a grab and the staff told me to wait outside of the hotel and on the Main Street (the destined location you can only pick on grab). So I have to take the buggy out and carry my big luggage across the street and wait under the rain with no cover, getting all wet. This is quite not a pleasant experience and not expected for the best 50 hotels in the world, especially for solo travelers / girls and during these rainy season. - experience such as boxing, sound vibration treatment are nice; couldn’t enjoy the beach club due to bad weather - staffs are mostly super helpful, nice and welcoming (except the one not too helpful during my checkout with the grab issue)

Our stay at Potatoe Head was great, we really enjoyed our two nights at the resort, the staff was friendly and professional, the design decor and architecture of the complex is impressive, a piece of art, all food and drinks were above standard and all the sustainable practices at the hotel were amazing. We enjoyed very much the in room bar with the premixed cocktails and the bottles for us to prepare our own drinks, the suite pool was quite relaxing and the beach front pool for the guest only was very nice as well, ideal for enjoying the sunsets, a well deserve place on the 50 Best Hotels. Looking forward for our next stay at Potatoe Head

Awesome hotel, wish I had longer.

Our stay at Potato Head Bali was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment we checked in until our departure to the airport, every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thanks to Putu at check-in and Kadek, the restaurant manager at breakfast. Their meticulous attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made our trip memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such an amazing experience. We cannot wait to return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali!

2年前に初めてのバリ旅行でこちらのホテルを利用してビーチリゾートの素晴らしさに感動したので、今回のバリ旅行でも迷わず予約をしました。 チェックインではデニスさんがお出迎えしてくださり、英語が得意でない私たちによりそい丁寧に説明いただきました。感謝します。 結婚5周年ということでお部屋に美味しいケーキも用意していただけました。 また、アイランドスイートにアップグレードしてくださり2年前より更に特別な素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。 デイベッドでサンセットを見てすごし、部屋に戻りプールで冷えた身体をバスタブで温められたのがとてもありがたかったです。 シャワーやボディソープはとても良い香りで癒されました。 朝食のエッグベネディクトはベーコンではなく2年前に食べたサーモンのが好きでした！ また、12時のチェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただきプールを楽しみました。 シャワーも更衣室も利用できるとの事であらゆる動線が完璧でした。 1泊ではもったいので、次回はまた連泊にします。ありがとうございました！

Loved the eco friendly place. Club is terrible and confused staff

Amazing resort. Fantastic room, beautiful pool and great food. I stayed a lot of nice high end places during my years of travel. I would say this place is tops all. I received the best service ever. The only down side is that this place is rather far from Bali airport and shopping districts. Yes taxi/Grab are available but the traffic congestion is unreal. On the other hand, if you are looking for peaceful / stay in resort vacation, this is it.

This is by far my favorite place to stay in Bali. The service, food and atmosphere are top notch. Do yourself a favor and try this place out! You won't be disappointed.

Staff went above and beyond to help, lovely breakfast outside overlooking the sea

Loved this property, the staff on check in were amazing - taking care of our every need. In fact, every staff we ran across was very kind and courteous! Great culture and customer service. My husband had been a little bit leary about reading some of the reviews on how far away some of the things were and about the noise. We requested a wheelchair the first day, but found the distances were not too bad and he could walk the small distances. The other concern that had been brought up was regarding noise on the property, from the resort and the neighbouring resort. Yes, you could hear the music and some happy cheering people. BUT with the door closed, it was almost non existent, and ended pretty early in the evening. Loved the design of the hotel and the culture they are striving for. The suite we were in was such a surprise to have a stocked bar that you could learn to be a bartender in with books and recipes and all the ingredients you needed on hand. I attended the Sound Bath, what a lovely experience, would highly recommend. I wish we had more time to attend the other programs this practitioner facilitated as he was wonderful. Each of the restaurants had something a little different- all meals were excellent! And they tried to accommodate my husbands diabetic needs. I was sad that the apocathary staff were not in on Sunday on the day we were around the hotel. I would of loved to had a consult and learned more about their products. Thanks for a great stay.

This is probably my favourite hotel in the Seminyak area now. Very beautiful grounds with various options to swim, eat, drink and relax. Loved the overall design of the hotel and the wood/warmth of my room. Staff were very friendly and I loved the various free gifts that highlighted the hotel's sustainability focus. I felt like a VIP! Great bar overlooking the beach and nice to have access to the beach club. Really enjoyed my stay.

This is definitely one of the best resorts in Bali, and I have been here for a couple of times. the place and all the decoration is incredible. Only thing I may suggest is to improve further the club to a more modern setup.

Impeccable service

I had an amazing stay at Potato Head. I stayed in 2 different rooms, in the suites and the studios. Both were fantastic. A special mention to Fish and all the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. All of the food I tried was excellent but Dome was a standout for me. Really good value for the tasting menu.
