美居巴厘岛雷吉安酒店

I am not recommended this hotel based on the experience below: - upon check in, the hand in the form with another guests' personal details pre-populated for me to fill up - bad cleaning conditions inside the room, the air dry is not working properly, with someone 's bread on the top which is disgusting - stain at quite a number of spots - food crumbs are found on the chair - the TV is showing another guest name, now I understood why the check in form got other people's details pre-populated. Can they just handle guests personal details with care? - after check out, i stored the luggage at the hotel, but I waited more than 15 mins to take it back, the front desk people just don't care, but collected my luggage receipt, ended up i go to the luggage store room myself.

房間隔音有點差，環境不錯，早餐也多選擇，員工很友善，Kids Corner十分簡陋，離KutaBeach只10分鐘但KutaBeach很多粗沙，不是水清沙幼

This was our second time staying at The Mecure Legian. A lovely hotel & such a great location too! The staff are absolutely amazing! We had a small issue upon arrival, nothing to do with the hotel, it was our fault & the staff (Ricki) went above & beyond to help us, we were so appreciative! All staff are waiting with a ready smile, from reception, to housekeeping & gardening etc. We feel very welcomed at this hotel Love that there's two pools to choose from. The only issue we had this time was the bedding wasn't very comfortable. Once we got a mattress topper it was better but the pillows were not comfortable at all & I tried quite a few during our month stay. Apart from that it's a great hotel & we would definitely recommend. Thank you Mecure 🙂

Great location walking distance to so much. Buffet breakfast was great. Dining options were good for vegetarian/vegan. Loved the scrambled tofu roll and veggie burger. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

スタッフの対応がとても素晴らしかったです。 ただ、ホテルの立地上仕方ないのですが、角部屋だったこともあり夜間は車やバイクの音がかなりうるさいです。

サフトリップで利用させてもらいましたレギャンビーチにも歩いて行けて近くにもレストランがありとても良い場所と環境でした

Rooms were clean, staff were visible and very helpful, pools were fantastic, breakfast was ok, bar was good.

Amazing stay for a family , my kids enjoyed the stay and wanted to stay at the same place again in the future . Kids club did activities, they enjoyed the cooking class . Staff are friendly. Food is great and so is the location

Breakfast buffet really good lots to choose from. Food on the other menu was OK wouldn’t say amazing. Very clean, well kept hotel. Room cleaned every day which was great. Plunge pool room was great. The only negative thing I’d have to say is our room air con wasn’t very good. We both didn’t sleep great every night because of the heat
