從抵達飯店的那一刻起，就感受到服務人員的熱忱，迎賓、辦理入住、午茶、泳池、晚餐，隔天的早餐、房間的清潔、飯店內的設施，各處充滿驚艷，大大推薦。

The beach was nice. At night they had entertainment and an attractive area to relax. The rooms are very well done and the staff was extremely courteous.

Amazing staff , service and hotel. Have stayed here before in the main hotel 6 or 7 years ago.Stayed in the palace which is a little dated, pool deck in poor state and needs to be improved. Staff though throughout the hotel great. Great cocktails and snacks though beer average. Need more choice.beers.

Room was clean and the resort bit dated but 5* when it was built. Very lush grounds one of the best in the area and unique traditional feel. great pools

This was a return visit to the Palace wing of Ayodya resort. So, we basically knew what to expect. However, things have changed in the last 12 months since we last visited. The additional 'club' breakfast, afternoon tea and evening dining options have definitely been upgraded, and were appreciated. Many of the Palace staff were pleasantly familiar to us, as we were to them, with warm greetings all around.

Stunning grounds, beautiful facilities we stayed in the palace section of the hotel very accommodating, very friendly, food very consistent staff very accommodating even with a late flight offered us to use the facilities including a meal at the palace for snack time. Thank you already looking to book again with our extended family next time. All in all good place to stay

The hotel is very dated and a lot of staff seem extremely new (young high school students in training, not much English). Even though they were willing to help, they couldn’t - calling the operator to ask a simple question often led to being passed around to 3 people or so. We had a few issues with cleanliness with the room (stains) and on departure they left us chocolates that tasted like they were expired from 1995 and made me want to vomit. On the plus though, the palace lounge is nice air conditioned place to hang out, the free photoshoot is decent, and the free costume experience in the lobby is a nice touch. Staff are kind and well meaning but not well resourced to help guests with requests.

Breakfast was excellent. We stayed in Ayodya Palace with VIP and club benefits. Staff were fabulous. So helpful. Great way to start the day.

A stay at the Ayoda Palace includes exclusive access to a dining area that is adjacent to the beach and a lovely pool. In this area, free non-alcoholic drinks were available all day, as well as complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and "happy hour" that includes heavy appetizers. Happy Hour often became dinner as we are not huge eaters. The Ayoda was clearly once a premiere hotel and still has an elegant beauty, but the rooms feel somewhat dated with some odd lighting controls. The STAFF could NOT be nicer. They were accommodating, friendly and always available. I needed to get to a pharmacy when I arrived and a front desk staff member drove me there, waited for me, and drove me back. Stellar service all around.

I spent 7 nights in the Palace suite with lounge benefits and I was not disappointed at any stage. The only complaint is something that was out of their control which was a broken lift for a day. That’s it. Everything in their control I could not fault. Told it was 95% occupancy but with the amount of sun lounges and space you wouldn’t know. Can’t speak for breakfast in general as we were in the Palace but

This resort is next level. The lounge is lovely, and the staff are excellent. Miss Ericka went above and beyond to make sure that my son and I felt welcome and well cared-for. We definitely want to come back again soon. Our stay before our cruise leaving from the Benoa port was too short! The grounds of the resort are super well kept and stunning. I cannot say enough nice things about our stay and this property. The breakfast at the lounge was delicious.

As explained by other the palace is part of the resort however you will pay double the price of the normal room in the resort for having a separate reception, pool and lounge access which from what I saw was not really worth it, the reception when we arrived was empty and no one to help, the bathroom in the room is outdated, the breakfast selection in the lounge is very limited compared to the resort restaurant (which you can go to any) the big advantage is only that you don’t need to walk a lot from the palace entrance to your room other than that not much

The room was large and very clean, the personel was extremely friendly and respectful. Really nice hotel, especially the Palace section.
