Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. There was a shortage of plug sockets but we enjoyed our stay other than that.

Lovely hotel, really well situated, friendly helpful staff. Room a little small and pillows a bit hard but overall a lovely stay.

Great for a solo staff, female safe, bright and clean, quiet (stayed midweek with no events on in area), fully staffed at all times, 24hr reception, room service, mini bar, bath with good shower, windows that open, really comfy spacious bed (was a king room) lots of wardrobe space, a nespresso coffee machine with variety of teas, delish bar food plus breakfast (served in room as option) late residents bar, close to city centre, lots of bars & restaurants in the area - to note really lovely helpful staff who go that extra inch to make sure you are okay & having a nice experience - really does make a diffference! First time to stay here, will definitely be back Only downside is no pool / thermal spa - gym is super, to have access to a sauna & plunge pool would really have made it exceptional.

Top class service at a fantastic location . Breakfast restaurant staff took really good care of me - 5 star service . Rooms are clean and very spacious and comfortable . I also love the fact you can park outside the front door of the hotel

A lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were lovely and we got a free room upgrade which was a fantastic suite. The free drink from Hotel.com was a nice touch too. We would definitely recommend.

I stayed at the hotel recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the parking and staff attitude. I prepaid online for parking, but when I arrived the underground car park was completely full. If the hotel cannot guarantee a space, guests shouldn’t be charged in advance. I ended up having to park in the set-down area, and was still charged the full parking fee despite not being able to use the actual underground parking I paid for. I rang reception to explain the issue and to ask if there were any alternative parking options, as the car park was so congested that cars were getting stuck with no proper way around. The receptionist I spoke to was not particularly helpful. What made the situation worse was that when he hung up the phone, my husband—who happened to be standing at reception—saw him make a face and a rude gesture, clearly showing he viewed my call as an inconvenience. This was extremely unprofessional and left a very poor impression. Overall, the parking situation and the attitude from staff were disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard

My room was spacious and clean. All staff that I met were lovely and friendly. I dined only at the lobby bar and didn’t get breakfast (this time) but I know it’s a great breakfast.
