The worst hotel experience I ever had. I requested for another room but another room was exactly the same, it is horrible. Unbearable bathroom - the rusty shower was broken, I couldn’t clean my body well for three days. Since you didn’t have the key and needed to ring the the bell in order to get in the door. One nights I kept knocking and calling the phone lasted 20 mins out the door at 12am and no one was on the front desk. I just stood out there and nothing more I could do. Every one before reserves this hotel should read all the comments, every thing people left is real, don’t think it is just exception.

The location is AMAZING! The property is obviously old but still well kept! The bathroom is too tiny though. The bidet and the toilet are in front of each other and my legs couldn’t even fit. But the location was so perfect I honestly didn’t mind.

Very service minded and friendly staff. That’s the best part. We like to travel cheap but the room and bathroom here were extremely small - you hardly could walk around the bed or sit at the toilet. There were signs of mold at the wall next to the window - so every time we entered the room it smelled strong of chemicals - probably to hide the mold smell. The door couldn’t close nor lock unless you pushed it real hard. Nice neighborhood with cosy shops and restaurants

Basic but clean and quiet. Secured through locked entry way. Desk staff there 24/7 were very pleasant. Small room but if you need a safe, clean, quiet place to stay it is great. Cute little cafe just down the street too.

Camere completamente diverse dalle fotografie, oltretutto minuscole. Sicuramente centrale, ma non lo consiglio affatto.

O hotel é super bem localizado .... os funcionarios são muito gentis e prestativos. O predio é antigo e os quartos precisam de uma modernização. Limpo, com tv e frigo. Só faltou uma chaleira elétrica. A/C não foi ligado pq, apesar de calor durante o dia, a noite ficava bem agradável. Voltaria, com certeza !!!

Rooms are old so you get a lot of dust, my laptop was completely dusty when i left the hotel. It is very well located

Solid hotel if you need a place to sleep. Staff was friendly. The shower head was broken otherwise I’d give them a 5 stars. Also some random parts were falling apart like in the closet.

Location was amazing, you are surrounded by all the big tourist destinations. We were easily able to walk everywhere. Staff was extremely friendly and were kind enough to hold on to our bags for us after check out. The room is quite small but that is what you pay for, you have everything you need so good value. Our only complaint was the toilet leaked a little bit but was not a huge deal.

The room was OK but initially the air-conditioning was not working. Was later fixed. Had to go up and down stairs to reach the room. No coffe or any other beverage available in the facility. The room had no resemblance to the one pictured. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful. If not for them I would have given only two stars.
