電梯不容易使用

The handy cell phone is an excellent design for customers coz we were in urgent need this time to make phone call to HK, and it was free. Also it was good to bring them out to search information. The staff was super helpful. She helped me to contact my next hotel via different means coz the tel. phone no. didn't work. Excellent service. Without their help, I cannot gain the password of my next accommodation. The room was clean and cozy. I shall go back if I go to Rome next time.

We spent 3 days in Rome and this hotel offered a good location for us to travel around the city. Staffs are nice, helpful and responsive to our requests. My room is on the 5th floor and there is a vintage elevator which impressed me a lot. The double room (executive one) is a bit small, but it equipped with everything u need, for example: massage shower, dvd player, insurance locker and refrigator. In the morning, you might be waken by the noises from road, so it is better to close the window before going to sleep.

非常愉快！ 由于天气原因飞机晚点，酒店前台告知我他们不是24小时工作（8：00-22：00工作）。之后前台很细致地通过电话、文字、录制视频的方式告诉我如何在前台没有人时如何入住。我在凌晨1点才到达酒店，并按前台之前的指示顺利入住。 酒店内干净整洁，距离罗马火车站非常近，距离罗马斗兽场等景点稍远（1、2公里），但是交通也比较方便~

位置佳

The room and bathroom are so clean. The hotel has a wonderful location which is so close (5-10 mins walk) to the Rome Central Terminal.

Close to metro and main station, just need around 5mins by walk, the location was perfect. Room was small but enough and worth the price in Rome, and the bath room was modern and decorated great. But it's not so convenient to find the great food\restaurant surrounding.

浴室高級配置好！但係浴室竟然無抽氣扇！每次沖涼都焗到就黎暈！

這間飯店正對著歌劇院，鄰近共和國廣場站，飯店底下有幾間餐廳。 飯店內部改建過，很有羅馬建築的特色，尤其是自助式需要開關門的電梯，讓人非常喜歡，印象非常深刻。我們的住宿感覺是一戶改裝成好幾間房，有個多間房間共用一個料理與泡茶的地方，房間彼此之間非常緊密，但隔音效果還不錯。 我們的房間有一個內部的洗手台，空間不大但還算舒適，有個很大的電視螢幕，房間裝潢很典雅，浴室非常時尚，但是臉盆無法儲水，且水龍頭的設計不好，水開大會噴出來，很麻煩，但浴室門是兩面全身鏡，這很好用我很喜歡!! 清掃人員每天都會來打掃房間，態度親切，但不太會注意房間裡有沒有人，雖然已掛上勿擾，但仍誤闖進來...告知不必打掃後，仍主動詢問是否要換毛巾，服務周到。 只是客房安排讓我對於逃生部分有點憂慮，房間有點太密集，主要出入口很安全但很厚重。

I didn't experience any problems. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Al Viminale Hill and Hotel. The room was perfect for our needs and in a great location for seeing multiple attractions in a single day. Daniele was extremely helpful and easy to contact. When we traveled, there was a nation wide transportation strike and he stepped up and helped us with private transportation when we needed it most. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. Highly recommend this hotel!

The shower was not good, very small, air conditioner was excessively noisy

We needed a place for one last night before an early flight out of Rome, and this hotel fit the bill nicely. The room was nice sized and clean, the bathroom had been upgraded recently and has a wild shower with body jets. The only problem we had was the a/c fan was very noisy. The a/c blew cold and kept the room comfortable, but it was hard to stay asleep with the whine from the fan. Otherwise a great choice and we would do it again!

Excellent location, right near the train station. The staff helped coordinate a taxi from the airport, but should have just told me to get a train instead and save me 50 euro. Quiet location despite being in the thick of the city. ~20 minute walk to the biggest attractions in Rome, were able to walk to Colosseum and many other sites with ease

Excellent location, walking distance to many sites but far enough from hustle. Staff was super helpful. Room was comfy.
