勒杜科特旅馆

Top Lage, direkt am Wochenmarkt und bei den Stadtmauern, sowie der Altstadt. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und man hat die Möglichkeit auch draussen zu sitzen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Unser DZ und das Badezimmer mit Dusche waren sauber. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen und Preis- Leistung stimmte mit 10 von 10 Punkten 👍👍.

We booked the compact double room. We checked in and shown to our room in the loft area (room 512) The room was spotless and seemed to have been newly tiled and decorated. The space was huge, with a large bathroom and walk in shower. We were very happy with this even though no view there are velour windows to let light and air in. Fantastic room and space. Breakfast was hit and miss, this will be subjective to everyone's taste. I enjoyed the cereal bar selection with yoghurts and pastries. My partner enjoyed the self service hot option. Service was prompt with coffee and tea. Staff were helpful and friendly Bar: - This was not always easy to negotiate, due to the language barrier. We were given bills to sign for on our room, but some were blank (not a good idea) I had to write what we had and sign underneath. However on check out some items had been added under my signature. The staff were happy to help and remove these add on extra's from our final bill. All staff friendly and happy to help, Hotel could do with a makeover as looking tied in some places. Pool area could be updated with the removal of the tree, which is dangerous and allows much debris to fall into the pool. Overall we would stay here again as a short stop over, price was good, location outstanding

Great breakfast. Very traditional style hotel. Welcoming staff. Excellent location for the lake, station and local public transport. Easy to catch a Flix bus to the airport

Car parking excellent, the concierge Billy was excellent, enthusiastic and helpful and our room was ready early so great start. It was raining heavily so we popped back to the hotel at 3.30pm to dry off and grab a glass of wine - sorry the bar was shut - so I walked to a supermarket in the rain. Later after eating elsewhere we decided to go back to the hotel for a night cap - the bar was shut - it was 9.15pm. The extra star gained by Billy was more than cancelled by the 'can't do' attitude at reception re the bar. We also had to wait at breakfast. It is well located, comfortable and smart but the strange bar hours would stop me booking again.

Bon petit dejeuner, hotel charmant mais chambre un peu veiellot, notament la salle de bain.

Mein Zimmer war Sauber , das Frühstück war ok. Ich habe ein kleines Upgrade erhalten. Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles ist gut erreichbar. Die Parkplätze sind m.E.zu teuer.

Location was ok, around 1000 metres from the lake, reception staff were excellent but breakfast staff were bordering on ignorant and rude especially the main guy Overpriced for what it is but the breakfast manager was just rude and would avoid Concierge on the morning was excellent

Ausgezeichneter Kaffee und schöne Auswahl zum Frühstück. Obwohl die Bar bereits geschlossen war, wurde mir dennoch ein Drink ausgestellt, Danke!

Really nice room. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great

The room had dust all over unfortunately there was also cobwebs and spiderwebs everywhere on the ceiling. The breakfast was good except for some stale snacks.

Le quartier et les restaurants

Hotelli oli vanha ja hiuka kulunut mutta siisti. Ilmastointia ei huoneessa ollut vaikka esitelyssä niin lukee. Aamiaine oli hyvä, ei mitään erikoista muutta sillä sai päivän hyvin käyntiin.

Helt ok hotell i skikkelig italiensk gammel ærverdig stil. Rent. Bra frokost i fin matsal. Sentral beliggenhet rett ved sentrum Como. Bassenget var absolutt ikke noe å skryte av.

Kivasti sisustettu paikka ja toimivat huoneet. Sisustus vähän kulahtanutta paikoin, mutta ei pahasti. Henkilökunta ja palvelu oli erinomaista!
