L'hotel è molto carino ma devo sottolineare che il personale non deve giudicare le persone dal loro aspetto. So perché mi hai chiesto se stavo confondendo il tuo hotel con un altro hotel. ad essere onesti, il tuo hotel non è costoso.

酒店位於聖馬可廣場旁邊，一條滿是商店的狹巷內，需要使用手機地圖協助到達。有升降機，房間的裝修古色古香，滿是紅色的牆紙及地氈，打開行李箱後房間非常狹窄。衛浴大致清潔，只是門未能上鎖。早上提供意大利風格早餐，8時左右餐廳非常多人，需要花一些時間尋找座位。 鄰近多個熱門景點，可以非常方便地在清晨欣賞聖馬可廣場的美景。從房間能聽到遠處的鐘聲，非常寫意。

Love the location of the place , had a beautiful apartment two streets away from St Marks Square. Nice simple breakfast was also included, great way to start the morning. We were checking out at 4 am ,to catch an 8am flights back to NY , so 24/7 front desk is also great . Absolutely love our stay in Venice, thanks to the hotel stuff for making it flawless.

Very very old hotel, but well kept, excellent location....5 minute walk to water taxi to train station etc...and 3 minutes to Marco Square. Beakfast was basically toast, croissant and coffee. Front desk not very friendly.

Not sure where you start, not sure where it got the third star from. I got bit by bed bugs, so mattress need to be changed, no fire alarm and one plug socket which was the TV one we used, lucky we had an extension lead. No fire exits and if on 4th floor then you need to take the lift to 2nd floor and walk the rest of the way, shower and bathroom were in good order, the location is perfect as it’s a simple walk from the river so getting in late at night easy way to navigate. A good hotel for a strong solo or mates, this isn’t romantic at all, and solo travellers be careful as the main door was always open so for safety and security I would be mindful. A positive also is breakfast was free and no issues, but the bed bugs 😭😭.

No passado, uns 10 anos atras já tinhamos ficado hospedados no Panada e era muito bom, mas agora que voltamos, tudo PESSIMO. Tem percevejos nos quartos, meu filho ficou todo picado, tendo que ter inclusive atendimento medico porque o quarto estava infestado de bichos. Quarto sem limpeza, mesmo trocando de quarto, tivemos o mesmo problema. Atendimento pessimo, cafe da manha que no passado era muito bom, agora muito ruim mesmo. Nunca mais voltaremos nesse hotel e nao recomendo a ninguem ir para nao ter a mesma pessima experiencia, principalmente pelo problema de saude que foi gerado pelos percevejos.

Ho prenotato con una carta di credito, ma ho chiesto a Hotel di non fare il pagamento di alloggio con questa carta, ma hanno saldato con la carta di prenotazione per che mi ha fatto grande problema!!!!!!! Questo albergo hanno l’organizzazione veramente terribile e vi raccomando di non prenotare questa struttura !!!! veramente terribile!!!!!!

Me surpreendeu, tudo muito limpo, ótima localização bem no centro da para ir para todos os pontos turísticos principais andando e guardar bagagem após o checkout! Com certeza voltaria.

The room that was advertised wasn't the room they gave me. It was very small and my luggage could barely fit. The room was very cold. I asked for heat and was told that they only have heat in September and October. It was 50 degrees and rainy. The breakfast was good. However, I don't plan staying at this hotel again.

The twins beds were not beds, they were pull out couches. Cleaning staff was really nice

Gostamos muito da localização, pertinho da Piazza San Marco. O hotel tem elevador, mas andamos um pouquinho para chegar até nosso quarto, pra nós, sem problemas. Café da manhã razoável. Vale o custo benefício. Ficaríamos lá novamente.

The hotel is not clean. I was bitten by bed bugs.

The only advantage is the location as it is close to St Mark cathedral. Bad customer service, no one bill man to carry the luggage when we leave, very old room with a weird way to reach it and many uncomfortable stairs to use. No aeration to connecting areas between the rooms and in the breakfast restaurant, at lease they can put in air refreshers. Continental Breakfast is not bad for 3 stars hotel.

O hotel é muito antigo mas tem uma localização espetacular. O banheiro todo reformado. Limpeza ok, café da manhã ok. Nada especial mas atende ao custo benefício. Nós optamos pela localização já que em Veneza temos que carregar as malas pelos becos. Este hotel é perto de tudo.

La chambre est tenue correctement, certain membre du personnel d'accueil nous agressant (à 1H du matin, alors que nous avions rempli les formalités dans l'après-midi) prétextant un non paiement de la réservation. Ayant les justificatifs dans la chambre, je me suis aperçu que la chambre était grande ouverte, nos effets à l'intérieur. Refusant toute discussion de façon véhémente et ne consultant pas les justificatifs a exigé à nouveau le règlement de nos 2 chambres. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais ne comporte par exemple aucun fruit. Aucune fontaine à eau ni distributeur de café dans l'hôtel. Le seul point positif, à mes yeux est son emplacement , à deux pas de Saint Marc.
