Hotel is new and good designed, staff are well trained

From check in, to arranging transportation for traveling home- this was a fantastic experience. Generous breakfast available everyday, afternoon cookies and a crazy complimentary antipasti evening spread were welcomed surprises. Walkable to any place in Navigli, a great center of nightlife. Cool and modern- loved it!

The hotel was under renovation when we visited. It was very much overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was nice with a good range of options.

毎月最終日曜日に運河沿いで蚤の市がありたまたま期間が重なったので行きました。ホテルからすぐ近くで充実していました！周辺にレストランも沢山あり、M2地下鉄駅も近いので中心部へも行きやすく便利なホテルです。

The hotel is undergoing some extensive repairs which we were not advised about in advance. The room service was good but not excellent we only ever received one bathrobe and on one occasion only one bath towel. Other than that it was good. The breakfast was superb with a wide selection and very nice coffee. The outstanding feature of this hotel was the location. Right next to the canal which has a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants and was very busy every night

Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff, gorgeous rooms and a brilliant breakfast, will definitely be staying again next time we go to Milan! Lovely area to stay and supermarket opposite which is very convenient! Thank you!

This hotel is in a great and walkable location. Rooms are comfortable and very quiet. It was hot in Milan and unfortunately the AC in the room did not get very cold.Some areas like the roof deck and gym are not super well maintained but overall it was clean and nice. The only downside was the staff. They were so unhelpful - could not give us any recommendations for nearby restaurants or coffee, getting to the metro or really anything we asked. They seemed put out if we asked anything (and we didn’t ask much!) and they did not tell us about the complementary afternoon apertivo - another guest did. So I would say they need more staff training or a concierge on staff to be more helpful to guests.

Hotel en travaux, panne d’électricité, douche avec une porte que ne ferme pas : salle de bain innondée, j’ai moi-meme épongé (chambre 115) ! Isolation phonique nulle : vous entendez tout le monde passer dans le couloir comme s’ils venaient dans votre chambre, Bruits de marteau et perceuse jusqu’à 19h00 hier et marteau piqueur à partir de 8h00 ce matin !!! (Video à disposition) Le receptionniste d’hier était désolé et m’a offert le garage, Mais le responsable de l’accueil, ce matin, m’a simplement précisé qu’il n’était pas le patron et qu’il ne pouvais rien faire, Si je n’avais pas payé en avance ( 310 €) je n’aurais jamais payé !!! Hotels. Com devrait me rembourser et revoir la classification de cet établissement (tromperie ?) car cette nuit était du vol, j’aurais mieux dormi dans ma voiture. Igor.

This hotel was in a perfect location near the canals for good cafes and food. Our room was nice/clean. The hotel bar made for a perfect ending for the day. The only thing I would say was subpar was the breakfast. It was just ok.

We thought the hotel was great and appreciated the champagne they gave us for a birthday, it was a lovely surprise.

Great location, and they upgraded my room. Highly recommend!

The Art Collection was actually very good. The place could use some attention to detail in terms of maintenance given that is is not inexpensive. Several details and things were not very clean or were not working.
