阿拉法瓦酒店

位在Rialto橋附近，是個交通方便的地點，早餐也不錯，房間很乾淨。 唯一比較不方便的是入住的單人房衛浴不在房間內， 要使用另外的衛浴間（飯店會另外提供一把衛浴的鑰匙，以防別人使用）。 如果有機會再前往威尼斯，會再選擇這間。

We loved the old building felt like to go back in the past. Very good location for discovering authentic Venetian bars ( with cicchetti). And very close to all main attractions. We love it and my daughter wants to take all her friends because they are rooms for all pockets. Definitely going back as soon as

No AC, minimal airflow, more humid than outside. 1 small fan in room only. View from room was obstructed so could see nothing. Felt empty and like an unimproved room from 1970. Many better options in Venice for comparable pricing.

ALL I CAN SAY IS STAY AWAY: BED BUGS AND ROACHES. there was no central AC, they placed a portable AC that emitted so much heat it made the room hot and they had a tiny little fan in a side table. The only good thing was the bathroom it was spacious. My daughter got bed bugs bites all over her body. There was only 1 lady that check us in no one else ever at the reception to ask for help. The place looks hunted and outdated. Not worth $178 euros. Do yourself a favor, save time and money on meds to help yourself and get something else.

The hotel itself was fine but there were absolutely no staff there. I had a very difficult time getting into the hotel itself, the only way in was to call a number posted on the front door and my phone didn't allow me to make an international call. It took about half an hour to finally get in, so definitely a frustrating experience. I was only there for one day, 2pm-5am the next day and at no point did I see any staff. I wish they had someone at the front desk helping, especially because it's such a tourist-heavy area.

localização excelente, muito perto da ponte de rialto. um pouco difícil fazer o check in, precisa entrar em contato no whatsapp para liberarem a senhas de acesso ao local. não tinha ar condicionado, mas tinha um ventilador de mesa. o box do chuveiro era muito pequeno, mal dava para se mexer, fora a falta de um local para apoiar sabonete e shampoo durante o banho. fora isso, achei positiva a experiência.

The hotel seems to operate from Rome. While I have had regular contact via WhatsApp in business hours, which has been helpful, I have seen no receptionist in 4 days, and the reception desk looks messy. The cleaner is the only person here, and she is friendly but gets overwhelmed by questions from frustrated guests, understandably. On arrival there was no electricity. This took 24 hours to fix. I was given the wrong room number. I had to make two phone calls to Rome for the correct information. I had to fumble around in the dark to find my key, stumble in the dark to find my room and once inside, the room was very hot and pitch black. There is no air con and this is not explained in the information. There is no hot water in the shower. Security is an issue as anyone can walk in. The shared bathroom is usually locked and one evening two men pushed in front of me as I unlocked the door. They were polite but very insistent and on reflection it was unnerving. I stayed in this hotel a few years ago and it was well run. However now it is not. I will not be booking Hotel alla Fava again and unfortunately I do not recommend it to anyone.

Even though the hotel is super central and the owners were very helpful to checking in the whole proses was very strange. Didn’t see a single employee behind the desk and was instructed to grab the key from the draw are selfs. The shower was always freezing cold and no way to turn up the temperature no matter what we tried. The sink plug didn’t work and the air con was sub par as it may aswell of not been there. As I said very central and basically in the heart of the city for a cheaper price.

Aircondition virket ikke, dusjdøren var ødelagt, toalettet bråket og TV virket ikke. Alt dette kunne vi klart, men da vi skulle legge oss til å sove om kvelden, og taklampen begynte å blinke da vi slo den av, slik at det var umulig å sove (meget høyt under taket, så ikke mulig for oss å nå opp), ringte vi til tlf nr som var oppgitt. Der møtte vi på ansatte som var meget uhøflig og svarte frekt, de sa vi bare måtte vente til neste morgen. Jeg forklarte at det var umulig å sove i blinkende taklys, da fikk vi bare til svar at det ikke var hans problem, så la han på. Det ble dermed en natt uten søvn. Neste dag hadde vi utsjekk kl 10, og først kl 19 om kvelden ringte det en person fra hotellet. Han beklaget for oppførselen til den ansatte, men vi fikk ingen kompensasjon fra dem. Dette hotellet anbefales ikke.

El sitio es como se describe, una buena estadía, excelente ubicación

立地条件はとても良いけれど　とにかく清潔感が無くほこりだらけ　部屋に行くまでどこも触れない　 二ツ星ホテルなのにホテルには誰もいない。すべて電話でコンタクトを取らないといけない。電話が通じないとうまく中に入れない。今までいろいろホテルに行ったけれどこれで行動ひどいホテルは無いから皆さん注意してください。部屋のテレビもつかない。シャワーの水はすごく流れるの時間がかかるので、外に水浸しになりそうになる。床もほこりだらけ安かろう悪かろうの典型でした。
