阿拉法瓦酒店

位在Rialto橋附近，是個交通方便的地點，早餐也不錯，房間很乾淨。 唯一比較不方便的是入住的單人房衛浴不在房間內， 要使用另外的衛浴間（飯店會另外提供一把衛浴的鑰匙，以防別人使用）。 如果有機會再前往威尼斯，會再選擇這間。

Good location & breakfast

Good position in heart of Venice

It must be mentioned that leaving luggage is not allowed due to the unattended reception.

The directions to get to the hotel are not very well written. You have to get on one vaparetto and then switch at some point. The rooms are nice and clean. The room we stayed in had mold issues in the bathroom and shower. The shower is so tiny!!!! The beds are very firm and you are only given 1 pretty flat pillow, more were given upon asking. The A/C was a joke. The window open was best, but bring bug spray. Overall it is a nice hotel, but it’s an older building with quirks.

It was a clean room and convenient location!

Upon arrival communication was great, exceot that we were given the wrong address. As soon as we reported a problem with the room, we were ghosted. The potable a/c unit was caked in dirt and unusable. We were brought a fan once we communicated with housekeeping when we realized that the office staff was no help at all. Housekeeping was great even telling us goodbye when we passed on the street. Besides the a/c, the damaged floors were the worst and actually a danger. The laminate had holes in it and could easily cut someone's foot or cause a fall. Obviously, older buildings come along with certain issues, but lack of communication was unacceptable.

Difficult to arrive because nobody is present at the desk. Must install WhatsApp which I never use before in order to upload my passport photo while standing outside the building in the rain before someone would tell me the code to get in the front door. Otherwise it was great

Muy mal el check in

We didn't need the air conditioning, rooms were clean, great location. My husband enjoyed watching the luggage roll across the room due to the slant. Check in was a nightmare. You have to check in by phone, which would have been okay if the person on the other end wasn't so rude. Looking out the window watching the water traffic was interesting. Over all for the price it was comfortable.

Bedbugs. Beware- I stayed 2 nights and came home covered in bedbug bites. May 2026. Other than that I was fine with everything. This hotel is definitely quirky and you need drop your American expectations if you stay there. There's no receptionist and you just pick up your keys at the front desk in a ziplock with your name on it. There's no restaurant and no bathroom amenities or kettle, but there are vending machines with hot coffee and snacks. The location is really great and central. But the bedbugs - that makes it untenable.

My mom and I really enjoyed our 2 day stay at Alla Fava hotel in Venice. Our flights were severely delayed and we ended up landing in Venice around 1am. After getting a taxi + water taxi out to the Rialto bridge, we found the hotel with little difficulty and used the code to let ourselves in. This was very convenient as many other hotels would not allow check-in after midnight. The location is very good, central to walk around as well as catch the local water bus. The room is nothing fancy, basically a bed and a bathroom with a window overlooking a minor canal. But if you're planning to spend your days out exploring and only in the room to sleep, I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. (Our weather was cool, so we didn't need to use the air conditioning. But there was a unit in the room.)

They provide an AC/fan unit in the room! Staff was very communicative via the hotels app and WhatsApp. Located conveniently to tourist spots but also easy to get away from the crowds and explore locally.
