Fantastic stay! The location is perfect—super convenient and easy to reach from the train station. The staff were incredibly hospitable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was lovely, with a great selection, especially the wide variety of fresh fruits. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice!

Location is very good, just opposite the train station across the Grand Canal Staffs are very nice and helpful. Introduced and recommended the hotel services and tours very detailed. Rooms are facing the Canals with balcony. Very good views but a little bit loud when near morning that the boats and ferries are working. Room is unexpected spacious caused the size of hotel rooms in Venice usually tiny and old Buffet breakfast is good! Experienced the electricity of whole hotel was shutdown, emergency light was on. We went to lobby asked the staff . He showed us outside the street that whole street properties and street lights were in dark. Maybe the electric shutdown affected the rain ! Seems he had experienced before…hahaha! After 45 mins the electricity worked again.

We really love here! Ladies from reception are really kind, they show us recommended visit point and introduce everything we need in the room. Breakfast was great and everyone are polite and gentle. We were worried about the furniture are old before we arrive, but trust me they were so tidy and classic!

離車站很近，走路大約5分鐘！有免費的船可以搭到Murano但可惜這次沒有時間參加！房間很大，廁所也很大，床上的迎賓軟糖很好吃，早餐很多元，熱可可非常好喝！員工都很有禮貌很熱情❤️會再次入住！

The hotel front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. One female staff member in particular was very helpful. English was great. The breakfast was delicious. They were so good about accommodating our luggage as we had to catch a later train. I would recommend to all.

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to train station, only 20 min walk to san Marco’s square. Staff were lovely. Happy with our stay.

A wonderful hotel, with a great location opposite the station. Felt truly Venetian. The bar staff were lovely and the receptionist was so helpful. Arranged a day trip for us via private water taxi to Murano with no cost, just tip to the driver. Would highly recommend.

This hotel has a tremendous advantage over other hotels because of its location. We arrived in Venice with two other couples after a one week cruise on Norwegian Gem. Each of us decided to stay in Venice for three days however we chose separate hotels. Getting from the cruise port to Venice is a 2 hour drive in case you are in the same situation. Our hotels offered transportation but the costs was ridiculous. Luckily we traveled and split the cost. Once we arrived in Venice we needed to get our own transportation to our individual hotels. Trying to get your luggage over the bridges in Venice is a major issue. We all hired a porter to take care of this. Best money ever spent. The Hotel Antiche Figure was only 2 bridges and 5 minutes away. The other couples were 15 minutes or more away. The hotel sits right on the Grand Canal which is also right across from the train station. Going to excursions was easy to get to because the water bus was again on the other side of the canal. The hotel staff are excellent, friendly and very professional. The elevator was actually out when we arrived but they carried our 4 large pieces of luggage upstairs for us and apologized for the inconvenience. It was working the next day. They gave great advice on local spots and arranged for our transportation to the airport. The free breakfast was nice and had a variety of continental style options. Our last day there we took advantage of being across from the train station and took a quick trip

Front desk staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and all spoke English. Rooms were elegant, beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend!

The location was wonderful, right on the Canal and across the canal from the train station. We had a beautiful junior suite that was spacious and faced the canal. The staff was amazing. They carried bags when the lift was being repaired, arranged transportation to the airport, gave directions, made dinner reservations, and even packed us breakfast to go for an early morning flight. It was lovely in every way and we highly recommend.

Family suite in nearby location was spacious and just what we needed. Breakfast was not included but we had very early morning starts so would not have used it anyway. Staff were very helpful and even arranged last minute transfers. Location was directly across from train station and walking distance to major sites.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel! We were in the family suite in the annex building. The room was stunning in design and absolutely spotless! The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring we had everything we could possibly need. The location was superb; a very close walk from the train station! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again should we have the opportunity!

The Hotel Antiche staff is superb. On arrival they explained clearly where we were in Venice and provided us a map, circling things we were interested in. They are located directly across from the train station, so when you arrive you just walk out, over the nearby bridge and a bit down to the hotel. The only not great aspect was the elevator was out of order. A staffer carried our luggage up for us and down the next day, but it was clear it had been broken a while and is something that needs to be fixed. Our room was very clean and very quiet. Breakfast was amazing. There was almost anything you could want from fresh pancakes to rolls to yogurt to cereals to meats to cheeses to fresh fruit to even more. You do need to pay attention to signage, as the eggs are raw. You can soft or hard boil to taste, but don't pick one up assuming it's cooked, because it's not. From our passports, they realized it was my birthday and a beautiful breakfast cake was delivered to us. Very rich, we had two small slices and gave the rest to the staff. They helped us find a porter to take all our luggage to the taxi stand, which may not sound like much until you consider bridges are the only way you get over the canals in Venice and they all have multiple steps. We picked this hotel based on location and ended up with a great find we would happily recommend.
