I booked twin bed room, when I came in the room I just saw a double bed. The staff needed time to change the room for me.

还不错的酒店，离主要汽车站5分钟路程，出行方便，设施、服务等都还不错，早餐也丰富可以，唯一缺点就是没电梯，楼梯搬行李，也没办法老房子改造的。总体很好。

Bina oldukca eski ama sienadaki en yeni bina zaten yüzlerce yıllık .. Bakımsız değil. Konum olarak iyi. Kahvaltı geliştirilebilir. Asansör yok ama karşılama sırasında personel yeterince yardımcı oldu tesekkürler..

This is a delightful hotel with staff that are extremely friendly and helpful. Although the historic nature of the hotel precluded lifts this did not detract from the stay (one way of saying fit).Huge benefit of having on site parking.

Hermoso, me encantó éste hotel. La habitación era muy bonita y limpia y el baño pequeño pero bonito y limpio. Con areas comunes muy bonitas.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful with parking and luggage assistance, and the grounds were impeccably maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better — we were literally across the street from great restaurants and shopping.

Excellente position de l’hôtel, près de San Domenico et à quelques minutes de toutes les monuments. Chambre correcte, très propre mais d’un style très simple. Seul bémol mais qui a un intérêt que pour les PMR : A savoir qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur dans l’hôtel, et il y a des escaliers partout.

Nice hotel in a great location to everything in Siena. A bit dated. Parking in the back of the hotel for about $26.00 for approximately 24 hours. Decent buffet breakfast that was included. Great little Gelato place next to the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Great location right in the edge of old town and close to everything, parking is nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large room. Very nice.

Localização maravilhosa, fica fora da ZTL e ao mesmo tempo a uma distância tranquila para ir a pé para os principais pontos turísticos. Íamos estacionar no estacionamento pago ao lado, do estádio, mas demos a sorte de o estacionamento do hotel, que é bem pequeno, ter vaga disponível, então economizamos bastante com isso! Agradecemos pela disponibilidade. Fomos muito bem recebidos e o quarto era amplo e confortável. Café da manhã super completo e delicioso! Foi uma grata surpresa!

This is a great location in Siena, close to all the sights. Just a note that there is no elevator, but the front desk man kindly carried my luggage up to the 2nd floor which was great. My only challenge was that the room was very warm (25.3C), and there was no working fan to move air around. I did ask at the front desk, and apparently the system had not been activated, and the AC was not yet running. Therefore I had to have my windows open all night and there was road noise. My friend had a lovely room on the first floor at the back of the building with a garden patio and we enjoyed that. They have an excellent breakfast. I would stay here again but would make sure they had fans or AC in the room.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff at the front desk was wonderful! They went out of their way to be helpful and gave good recommendations. The breakfast buffet was very nice. There is no elevator to access the upper floors. We had 51 steps to go up/down every time. Luggage was a challenge! If doing stairs is difficult for you, this hotel might not work for you.

Positives: Easy check-in; on-site parking; convenient location just outside the no-traffic zone; good bed; good breakfast; pleasant old-world ambiance. Suggestions: 1. Give guests the ability to turn on air-conditioning even in colder weather in order to circulate air in the room. Without air, the room gets stuffy (and you can't leave the windows open because of the traffic noise). 2. Add a dresser with drawers.

직원분들이 모두 정말 친절하셔서 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. 객실은 리모델링이 되어있어 매우 깨끗하고 쾌적했어요. 특히 창밖으로 보이는 운동장 뷰가 너무 예뻐서 멍하니 바라보는 것만으로도 힐링이 되었어요. 조식 구성도 알찼고, 로비와 조식 공간이 아름다웠습니다. 덕분에 이번 시에나 여행이 따뜻한 기억으로 남았습니다. 적극 추천해요☺️

No A/C even though explicitly stated. And then because of the no A/C, was required to leave the windows open so was frequently woken up by tourists on the streets, loud cars/motorcycles and the church bells at 7:30am.
