Fantastic place! Worth a stay for the pool itself. Friendly staff

La proximité au Lac , au centre ville , a l'embarcadère, et surtout le petit plus la piscine a débordement sur le toit de l 'Hôtel avec vue imprenable sur le Lac entouré des montagnes.

We always enjoy Lake Como, Italy. One of the most beautiful places in Italy.

I read the reviews before I stayed. I would stay here again as it is well priced for the area. My view from the terrace room was fantastic. Our room was renovated.

Great stay! Beds are a bit hard but not terrible for Italy. Close to everything.

Lovely three day stay in Menaggio where we really enjoyed the hotel. The property sits on the water and a sweet square, full of life, dog walking and beautiful views. Hotel Du Lac is like an inn, with a small coffee cafe restaurant on property. Everything we had there was wonderful, and the view of the lake and activity on the walkway was lovely. Special thanks to employee Faisal who was patient with me when I called being"lost" at another property of the same name in another lake town. He was kind, got us on the right ferry and welcomed us when we arrived at the front desk. He also was our server for a quick lunch upon arrival, and we felt well taken care of. Overall a quiet little town, not as crowded as some of the more known towns, and we highly recommend the town and Hotel Du Lac.

Clean room with no issues

Nice room under the roof. View of lake. But loved the bar/dining area with big windows looking over the lake and mountains.

Was a bit noist. Biggest problem was the beds. Very hard!

Our non-smoking room had a beautiful patio view, but smoke from the street and nearby diners made it difficult to keep the door open. Rooms on higher floors would avoid this issue.

El hotel está espectacular. La ubicación es perfecta. El servicio de los empleados es muy bueno. Los empleados son muy atentos. Vine por dos días y me quedé cuatro.

Excellent location right on the main square. The staff were friendly. The only negative is that the AC was a bit weak. Would stay again

Nice and good location

Such a beautiful location. Rooms were stunning and so comfortable. Location was picture-perfect and easy to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights in early October 2025. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it has a great location. The bed was hard. Pillows were good. Great shower with hot water! Loved that our balcony opened up with a view of the lake. Lovely shops and dining all around. If you want more of a budget friendly stay in a good location close to the ferry then this will work well for you!

Great location and we really liked Menaggio. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Liked the owners / management team. Staff in the cafe was moody and inconsistent. Hotel is good value. Menaggio is a little calmer and more real compared to trendier Bellagio and Varenna.
