Just wow! So many things we loved about this charming hotel… the fantastic location across the road from the lake , a first floor balcony that overlooked the town square and a view of lake, clean room and comfy bed. Easy walk to ferry terminal and all the dining options. One of the highlights of this hotel was the infinity roof top pool - we spent every afternoon taking in the view from this wonderful spot. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next time in Italy. Thank you 🙏

Our non-smoking room had a beautiful patio view, but smoke from the street and nearby diners made it difficult to keep the door open. Rooms on higher floors would avoid this issue.

We stayed here for 2 nights in early October 2025. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it has a great location. The bed was hard. Pillows were good. Great shower with hot water! Loved that our balcony opened up with a view of the lake. Lovely shops and dining all around. If you want more of a budget friendly stay in a good location close to the ferry then this will work well for you!

Great location and we really liked Menaggio. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Liked the owners / management team. Staff in the cafe was moody and inconsistent. Hotel is good value. Menaggio is a little calmer and more real compared to trendier Bellagio and Varenna.

This is the 2nd time staying here. Love it. Very quaint. Clean, friendly, helpfully. Close to the marina to catch the ferry’s. And they have a pool! If I come back again I will be staying here👍👍👍👍

The restaurant downstairs was excellent and the location of the property was amazing!! So beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Room was a little smaller than I expected but overall, I had an excellent stay!!

Great location, easy access to other parts of the lake. Room was huge and very comfortable with a lovely view over the lake. Staff were friendly & helpful. Bottled water in the room would be a nice touch. All said, a very good stay would definitely recommend.

Great location and a sweet small hotel. The hotel reception is in the cafe so there isn't much space or room for luggage. Our room was spotless and had an incredible lake view and the pool views were spectacular. The hairdryer needed replacing - outdated for 2025!

I paid 200 euro per night at 9.30 PM, but they have the latest check-time at 7 PM as that's mentioned on Expedia. Consequently, i was not able to enter the room. I was waiting for 5 hours for a manager coming. It's not acceptable. Poor level of communication with that manager as well.
