Great stay! The hotel is only about a 10 minute walk from the train station. It was pretty easy to locate. The hotel was clean and the workers friendly. We only stayed for 1 night but it was great. Beautiful modern shower and amenities. The free breakfast buffet was amazing and we loved it, it was an added touch. Would stay here again.

My family and i enjoyed our stay very much. We had s family suite. All the staffs and the owner herself were super helpful and considerate. They pointed us the attractions in Florence, the locations and some descriptions about it. They also helped out with driving arund Tuscany area, like which way to go without hitting into the ZTL zone and the paid toll roads. I required special assistance during my stay; they got a disabled bathroom on the ground floor, also the bathroom itself at the family suite is large enough for me. This is also a great hotel if parking is required. There are parking spaces outside the hotel, and they are freee outside the times 8am to 8pm. This hotel is also outside ZTL zone therefore i was worry free about hitting into the ZTL zone. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families, guests required special assistance and parking.

We picked this hotel since it’s located at half a street distance from the Firenze S.M.N station with reasonable price. The welcoming staff, Adrianna, is very helpful and has recognised who we are and where we from from the booking list. The room is clean and spacious. However, not good sound insulation since the room door is thin and railway track immediately next to the hotel, but definitely worth to choose them. In second day, we met the hotel owner, Betta, have given ideal ways in booking museum tickets. Well explained and helpful in planning how to explore Firenze with best solutions. And another staff, Eder, is also friendly but a bit shy. A hotel give you a home sense, Could not get better than this! Hope to back this hotel again soon. Thanks to all staffs made my trip.
