整體而言，乾淨經濟舒適。因飯店位處窄巷但招牌標示不清，門牌號碼未與揭示地址相應，單身女性若計畫夜間入住或較晚返宿，宜特別留意辨識路線並注意安全。

Excellent location

The shower is not good in the bathroom, the water pressure is small and not stable in terms of temperature. In the end, they charged me without my confirmation on the bill before I checked out, caused one item wrong and they needed to cancel it by emailing to the bank which lead to longer time of checking out, this is completely not professional and I did complained on it based on the wrong process of using my credit card, but they don't care about my feeling, I can felt that. I will not recommend people staying in this hotel even thought it is in a good location, because you can find a lot of hotels around!

Staff and front desk were really friendly and helpful . Hotel was clean , very homely energy also . Safe with the doorman there sometimes. Spa has a sauna steam cold plunge . Thankyou for a lovely time.

The staff are very much and location was central. But We did not review any VIP gift or upgrade.

Staff at hotel were very nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms are well maintained and have lots of nice amenities. Slippers, bath robes, lots of towels without having to ask, comfortable beds. Excellent location steps from the Douomo area.

I was recently in Florence as part of a longer stay in Italy. This hotel was convenient to the train station. The staff went out of their way to provide a map with marked sites to see and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast at the property was such a great bonus. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

9 is an excellent place to stay

スタッフの対応が丁寧で、英語が苦手な私でも安心して利用することができました。 施設設備も整っており、滞在中は不自由なく過ごせました。

Wonderful location and amenities were great. I felt at lease upon checking in and the staff took care of everything even bringing up our bags to our room. One thing that we would’ve liked was accesss to an iron and an ironing board in our room, which we had to make a request for a few times.
