Staff and front desk were really friendly and helpful . Hotel was clean , very homely energy also . Safe with the doorman there sometimes. Spa has a sauna steam cold plunge . Thankyou for a lovely time.

I was recently in Florence as part of a longer stay in Italy. This hotel was convenient to the train station. The staff went out of their way to provide a map with marked sites to see and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast at the property was such a great bonus. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

Wonderful location and amenities were great. I felt at lease upon checking in and the staff took care of everything even bringing up our bags to our room.
One thing that we would’ve liked was accesss to an iron and an ironing board in our room, which we had to make a request for a few times.

Fabulous Stay! Walk to Duomo in under 5 mins. Near all the busy Piazza’s with many dining options. The staff and service we received was impeccable. Particularly, Francesca welcomed us, gave us a tour of the hotel, and showed us to our rooms. Victoria and Alina at breakfast were very warm and accommodating. The included breakfast had many hot breakfast options and, in addition, also came with a beautiful basket of breads, croissants and jams. There front desk staff was friendly and available to help with anything we needed. Enjoyed the massages too. Would highly recommend!
