Great location . Great rooftop bar and pool . Nice stuff . Close proximity to everything

I dont knwo what to say the people at the desk were nice, enough save one. Same at the bar slash resturant, staff was nice, ignoring the women who took every opportunity to call us cheap and complain about what we ordered in italian thinking I didnt know what she was saying. It wasnt clear in the reservation or at check in that breakfast was included just that it was on the roof, so we only got to use it on the last day which i dont know if i prefered that to what the town offered anyway unless your after eggs. Rooms were not serviced by default you had to hang a sign on the door, which I also must have missed at checkin. The doors were not at all secure and the walls were paper thin you could snoring and conversations in every direction.

We had the perfect week at Hotel Panorama in Maiori. This is a wonderful hotel in the center of the quaint town of Maiori. The rooftop pool was a relaxing way to end our days at the beach. Across from the hotel, Hotel Panorama has a beach with umbrellas, comfortable chairs, and food & beverage service delivered to you at your request. There is a daily fee for the beach. During the week we paid 15 euros for a 4th row umbrella with 2 chairs. On Saturdays & Sundays the price is more than double that. However, you can go to the public beach if you want to save the money. One of the best features of Hotel Panorama is the wonderful breakfast included in your stay. The views are amazing each morning, and there is a wonderful variety of food to suit everyone. We also had a great dinner at their rooftop restaurant. The room was cleaned daily and the beds were quite comfortable. We loved the seafront balcony room with views of the water. The staff at Hotel Panorama are fantastic and so helpful. Maiori is nice for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of busier towns in the Amalfi Coast. You can easily take the ferry to Amalfi and other towns. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Oppholdet vårt var gjennomgående bra, og vi har mye positivt å si. Renholdet var meget bra, og standarden på rommet var høy. Aircondition fungerte godt, noe som bidro til et komfortabelt opphold. Det er også et stort pluss at det ikke er tillatt å røyke i restauranten og bassenget. Bassenget var fint og ble brukt mye, noe vi satte stor pris på. Når det gjelder maten, var kvaliteten god, men utvalget var litt ensformig. Menyen var den samme hele uken, uten særlig variasjon, noe som trekker litt ned. Vi opplevde også noen forbedringspunkter: Bassenget åpnet litt sent på dagen, noe som var en ulempe. Innsjekkingen hadde en dårlig start, med lang ventetid. Personalet tok en lang telefonsamtale under innsjekking, og vi måtte stå og vente i 10–15 minutter, noe som ikke ga et godt førsteinntrykk. Det var noe mangelfull informasjon om praktiske forhold på hotellet. Prisene på stranden for leie av solsenger og parasoll var ganske høye. Alt i alt et bra opphold, men med noen områder som kan forbedres.

We came to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and the hotel surprised us with a champagne bottle & a nice card as we entered our room. We had a sea facing balcony room and the views were spectacular. The sea is right in front of you. The hotel staff is amazing, always smiling helpful and most of all welcoming. The property is very well maintained and close to beach, restaurants and most of all a 10 mins walk to ferry dock. I would recommend this hotel for your stay at Amalfi coast.

The outside of the property isn’t that good looking but the inside is beautiful. There is an extra charge to use the beach.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und waren zufrieden. Begeistert hat uns das abwechslungsreiche und leckere Frühstücksbuffet, dass auf der Dachterrassse mit einzigartigem Ausblick eingenommen wird. Kritikpunkt ist der Parkplatz - dieser ist einige Straßen entfernt und kostet 25 Euro zusätzlich

I traveled with a friend and stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. Upon arrival, we were not greeted and had to wait before we were able to check in as the staff came out of the staff room after to support. After finally checking in and getting to our room, we discovered that the room safe was not working. I called reception, and a staff member came up to assist. However, he appeared unable to resolve the issue and informed us that someone else would come to inspect the safe, but no one ever showed up. We also experienced an issue with the bathroom, as the shower door did not close properly, which was inconvenient during our stay. Additionally, we assumed that the hotel had private beach access based on the information provided, only to find out later that it did not. This was disappointing and added to our overall frustration with the stay. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to maintenance, poor communication, and unmet expectations made our experience less enjoyable than we had hoped

Fantastic staff

The hotel was good but at the price didn’t come up to what it could have been. At a more reasonable price the rating would have been better. Some pictures were slightly misleading. The staff were all good.

The mattress was probably the best hotel mattress I’ve slept on. The blackout blinds were also the best ones I’ve experienced. Breakfast was fine. Other than that it was just ok. The pool was very shallow so we never used it. The hotel’s private beach opened the day we checked out unfortunately so we never got to use it.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die traumhafte Lage und der beeindruckende Ausblick haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich und bietet einen herrlichen Ort zum Entspannen. Auch das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war ein echtes Highlight – abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit einem wunderschönen Blick, der keine Wünsche offenließ. Unser Zimmer war schlicht, sauber und mit einer Minibar ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der freundliche Service sowie die ausgezeichnete Lage des Hotels. Ideal ist auch die gute Verkehrsanbindung, um die Umgebung zu entdecken: Die Fähre ist in nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur rund 2 Minuten entfernt. Sehr angenehm fanden wir zudem, dass Handtücher sowohl für den Pool als auch für den Strand bereitgestellt wurden. Lediglich die fehlenden Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand – bedingt durch Renovierungsarbeiten – waren etwas schade, da wir ursprünglich damit gerechnet hatten. Für einen entspannten Strandaufenthalt wären diese wünschenswert gewesen. Dennoch überwiegen die vielen positiven Eindrücke deutlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bedanken uns herzlich beim gesamten Team.

Very good breakfast buffet that can be eaten on covered outdoor terrace with beautiful view. Clean property. Several rooms (showers, furniture) and room corridors (unpainted damaged walls) need some maintenance and basic renovation to meet "4-star" standards. Definitely take room with Sea-View balcony, which adds significant value to stay. Rooms with view of city (or "partial view of water) not appealing.

A larger size pool would have helped
