Tyvärr var vistelsen en besvikelse. Personalen var otrevlig och väldigt ohjälpsam, och flera saker på rummet var trasiga eller fungerade inte vid incheckning. Trots att vi påpekade det tog det lång tid innan något åtgärdades. Frukosten var ganska dålig, men ett plus för glutenfria alternativ. Den enda som gav ett trevligt bemötande var managern på hotellrestaurangen. Skulle tyvärr inte rekommendera hotellet eller bo här igen, främst på grund av personalens bemötande.

The hotel is extremely well located, right in front of the beach, and not too far from the ferry dock. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served at the rooftop with the best view! I recommend it.

Breakfast great good mix of food overlooking sea. Staff Stefano Angelo and Pasquale very accommodating for all meals and pool area. Front staff of Miriam Leonardo provided excellent service and room spectacular and clean. Definitely coming back. Great job Panorama of making us feel welcomed.

First impression of our room was “wow”! A revamp made it very easy on the eye. However! The shower didn’t drain away properly so towels had to be put down on floor to absorb overflow. Reported it three times to no avail. Shower jet by the loo didn’t work. Room had no kettle for complimentary tea/coffee and when we asked for one we had to wait nearly two days to get one that worked! Lovely swimming pool although small. Sadly we couldn’t use it as a wedding party had taken it over and we didn’t get the memo! Anyone with back issues take note the bed’s mattress is rock hard and pillows ditto. Good location with beach across road and all amenities nearby.

We had a sea view room - the view was lovely but the room itself was very dated and a bit dusty, with a coffee cup stained dresser and a shower that didn’t train well due to being clogged with hair. At first our door wasn’t secure - even when locked you could push it open. The maintenance man fixed the lock by pushing back the mechanism with his screwdriver! A temporary fix for sure. The staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. The pool and terrace area was also very enjoyable, though there was one day we were unable to use the facilities due to a private party, so that meant having to pay more money to go elsewhere which was disappointing, and had this been disclosed at booking I would have booked a different hotel. It was quite noisy at night due to local elections with speeches going on until 11pm, and the walls and ceilings at the hotel were paper thin - you could hear everything going next to you and above you, which woke my partner up at 5am each morning. Overall it was a pleasant stay but if I were to return I would request a room in the renovated part of the hotel.

Super location. Fremstår som et rent og moderne hotel. Utsikt mot stranden mulig. Store rom og bad. En del av hotellet ny renovert. Meget bra. Topp frokost på terrassen, som også benyttes til bar/middag. Personalet service innstilt. Rent og godt vedlikeholdt.

Lovely rooftop breakfast area.

Perfect breakfast, rooms very clean and staff great. Need to use plastic glasses only in pool area, a few broken glasses/bottles left glass shards on tile for a couple days and not cleaned up.

Panorama Hotel was the perfect home base for our time on the Amalfi Coast! The sea vistas from the rooftop restaurant at breakfast each morning was breathtaking. The staff were so kind and attentive. Our room was spacious and clean - loved the blackout curtains. Easy walking distance to ferry, shops and the Lemon Trail. Great all around-

I would recommend this hotel, but there are a few areas where improvement is needed. The standout feature is definitely the location—it's hard to beat. The views from a beachfront room are stunning, and the rooftop is truly spectacular. The evening cocktails and snacks were a lovely touch and added to the overall experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. That said, the rooms are quite outdated, with older furniture that could use refreshing. The walls are also very thin, which made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. While the bathrooms were clean, they are also dated and there was a noticeable sewage smell at times, which detracted from the overall comfort. With some updates and attention to these issues, this hotel could offer an even better experience.

Kitűnő szálloda. A negyedik emeleten volt a szobánk csodálatos panorámával. Az étterem is csodás kilátást nyújt. Reggeli választék sokféle, nemcsak édes olasz, hanem kontinentális ételek is. Kikötő, buszmegálló közel.

Wonderful hotel with an excellent view of the sea. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here and will be back when in the area. The location was very walkable and close to catch a ferry, the trail of the lemons, restaurants, and the beach was right outside the hotel.

Bra vistelse och trevlig personal, väldigt hjälpsamma! Ända negativa var att hotellet låg precis vid vägen och därmed var det mycket oljud om kvällarna, fick sällan en god natts sömn.

Hienolla paikalla, upeat merinäköalat, rauhallinen sijainti verrattuna vaikkapa saman rannikon Amalfin ja Postianon ruuhkaisiin keskuksiin. Huone oli tilava, viihtyisä ja hyvin hoidettu, palvelu erinomaista. Lauttasatama lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä, samoin bussipysäkki.

Aamiaisbuffet oli Italialaiselle hotellille kattava: tarjolla oli muutamaa eri juustoa, leipää, leikkelettä, vihanneksia, muroja, jugurttia, hedelmiä, kahvi&mehukone ja kattava valikoima erilaisia leivottuja herkkuja. Ei pärjää suomen / jenkkihotellien aamiaiselle, mutta ihan hyvä. Aamiainen on tarjolla yläkerran katetulla terassilla, josta on aivan huikeat näkymät. Superior huone sijaitsi 2. kerroksessa. Näkymä merelle oli esteetön ja erittäin hyvä. Heikkona puolena huoneen äänieristys oli heikko ja kadun äänet + naapurihuoneen äänet kantautuivat huoneeseen. Huoneen ilmastointi ei toiminut ja reklamoituani asiasta saimme 4. kerroksen Deluxe-huoneen, joka oli remontoitu ja erinomainen. Se oli hieman isompi (30m2) ja siitä oli myös esteetön merinäköala. Tämän huoneen äänieristys ja ilmastointi toimivat. Arvostelu Deluxe-huoneesta 5/5, 2. krs superior 3/5. Yläkerran uima-allas on lähinnä lillumista varten, siinä ei voi uida. Veden korkeus 85cm ja altaan pituus on luokkaa 5m. Allasta ei ole lämmitetty. Yläkerran terassilla on mainio ottaa aurinkoa. Hotellilla on erittäin keskeinen sijainti Maiorissa, hyvä tukikohta Amalmin rannikon tutustumista varten. Kaupat ja ravintolat lähellä, bussipysäkille 200m ja satamaan 700m.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days, Saturday April 25th to Wednesday the 29th 2026. This is one of the most wonderful places to stay !! The staff is so kind and helpful. Our room was very clean and the staff cleaned it everyday. The breakfast is to die for, Eggs, Pancakes, all kinds of fresh fruit, pastries, Dinner on the Terrace was also magic. The pool is nice. Great location. I could not be more pleased with the choice here. Lots of restaurants, delis, and the ferry within just a few minutes. I can’t recommend this hotel enough

Vue sur la mer incroyable. Super Roof top à 360*. Bon petit déjeuner avec fruits frais.

Room with sea view but on a busy road. Car park 5 minutes walking from the hotel and in addition to the price of the room: parking very expensive. Nice breakfast in restaurant with sea view. . But hotel overpriced.
