The staff was fantastic - they made us feel welcomed and at home straightaway, we were given a room which was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids, clean. Breakfast was lovely. Location very convenient to visit family who lives nearby.

Zimmer sehr klein und sanierungsbedürftig. Im Bad Schimmel an mehreren Stellen, richt auch sehr muffig. Bett extrem klein für 2 Erwachsene 1.40m.
Frühstück okay aber wenig frische Sachen. Das meiste ist abgepackt. Saft trinkt man aus Einweg Plastikbechern. Die Dame beim Frühstück wirkt genervt und unfreundlich. Da traut man sich nichtmal einen Kaffee nachzubestellen. Die Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in die Stadt gut geeignet. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt meiner Meinung nach nicht. Zu überteuert.

Trovo impossibile che a Milano, dove la gente spesso viene per lavoro, un cliente non trovi un ferro da stiro in hotel. Ci puó stare la scelta di non metterli in ogni camera, ma a mio parere é un servizio che in un modo o in un altro deve essere offerto da qualsiasi struttura alberghiera.
