There is no window in my room except two small rooftop ventilation channels.

The hotel location is good the lobby is good too and I booked the river side room not the cheaper room but they give me a room is on the top is and the air conditioner is not cold enough and asked them they just give me a fan. The outside is colder then the room. For 2 night is terrible experience.

大きなスーツケースを引っ張って行ったの駅から近いのは助かった。今回2回目だが昨年より部屋や設備は新しくなっていてきれいだったが、少し狭かった。レストランやお店も多く便利な立地だと思う。

Rooms were clean. Front desk Staff could have been a bit friendlier. The breakfast and the breakfast staff were amazing. Very friendly and eager to help you.

Ideal location if you want to be close to the train station. Highly recommend a grand canal view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants and shops in short walking distance.

La chambre tout juste fait mais pas vraiment propre, tache sur le drap, toile d’araignée, crasse et calcaire dans la douche ! Honnêtement pour 114€ la nuit je pensais vraiment avoir une meilleur confort !

Über den Geschmack der Einrichtung lässt sich natürlich streiten (unser Zimmer war etwas Trumpesque eingerichet), aber das Bett war hervorragend, mit qualitativ hochwertiger Matratze und ausgezeichnetem Bettzeug. Sauberkeit perfekt, Service zuvorkommend, gutes Buffetfrühstück inkl. Das alles für den Preis von 126€/Nacht für ein Twin ist gerade noch angemessen, aber nur wenn man auch noch die Location (Venedig, Bahnhofsnähe) bedenkt.

Das Check-in hat sehr gut funktioniert, leider war unser Zimmer (310) nicht gerade so toll. Das beste am Zimmer, die Aussicht auf den Canale-Grande. Leider ist aber vor diesem Zimmer der Anlegesteg für die Anlieferung und den Abtransport der Waren. Dies verursachte jeweils morgens ab ca. 07:30 ziemlich laute Geräusche bzw. Lärm. Die alten Fenster konnten diesen Lärm leider nicht draussen halten. Zum Zimmer: Man merkt, dass schon ne ganze Weile nichts gemacht wurde, die Tapete hatte sich teilweise von der Wand gelöst, diverse Armaturen in den Bädern sind ziemlich in Mitleidenschaft geraten, die Fensterangeln im Bad sind sehr rostig, das Bett war steinhart und vor dem Fenster brannte die ganze Nacht eine Laterne, leider liessen sich die Vorhänge nicht ganz schliessen. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr reserviert, so nach dem Grundsatz, ich mache meinen Job aber auch nicht mehr. Zum Frühstück selbst, für ein 4* Hotel dürfte dieses sicherlich besser ausfallen, wir waren da enttäuscht. Dafür ist die Lage des Hotels super, nähe Bahnhof und Schiffsanlegeplatz. Dies war unser zweiter Besuch in diesem Hotel, beim ersten vor 10 Jahren waren wir sehr begeistert, weshalb wir wieder dieses Hotel gewählt haben. Leider mussten wir aber feststellen, dass in den 10 Jahren vieles schlechter geworden ist. Einen weiteren Besuch wird es von uns nicht geben.

Väldigt slitet rum mer som 2 stjärnigt hotell. Rekommenderar absolut inte den till någon. Frukosten var inte bra alls billiga råvaror endast tomat som grönsak och väldigt dåligt med bröd. Inget stor utbud att välja mellan.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Magical Stay at Hotel Principe Our stay at the Hotel Principe in Venice was absolutely wonderful. The room was magnificent—spacious, elegant, and perfectly designed for comfort. We had two patio doors that opened directly onto the Grand Canal, giving us a breathtaking view from sunrise to sunset. It felt like living inside a Venetian dream. Breakfast each morning was delicious and incredibly fresh, the perfect way to start our days of exploring. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the people around the area were just as warm, making the whole experience feel even more special. We loved how close the hotel was to plenty of shops, landmarks, and charming streets to wander through. Everything we wanted to see felt just steps away. We truly can’t wait to go back. This hotel made our Venice trip unforgettable.
