Nice hotel

The hotel is in a very popular area and was very crowded on the streets but we enjoyed our stay there. Shopping, restaurants and transportation right outside. The staff was excellent. The hotel arranged transportation for us by water taxi right to the front door. We also were given an excursion to Murano that included a visit with a glass master! We would stay there again and recommend it!I almost forgot to mention that the hotel has a rooftop terrace that over looks the Grand Canal!

The breakfast menu was very good. A good mix of hot items and pastries. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Great location and breakfast but I have issue about the smell of the room.

It would have been nice to have lotion. Also complimentary bottle of water would have been nice on arrival

Great location. Right in the center of things but the hotel was a bit rundown n smelled funny. Great view of Rialto bridge and walkable for shopping, dining n famous sites like San Marcos square. But our AC didn’t work n it was too loud outside from partiers to leave windows open.

it's an old hotel. everything is old fashion while that's probably for all hotels in Venice. The location is good, right next to the Rialto bridge. however, it's so crowded day and night. so many boats stop and leave....so you can't really open the window for fresh air....The breakfast is minimum. one good thing is they do have American style shower with curtain!!!! thanks god. i don't understand why most of Europe hotels has only half glass in the bath. However, there are still no window screen, so bugs can come in your room. imaging in summer time.

Room was fairly small but I’m sure that’s par for the course considering the age of the city. The staff was very helpful and the location is perfect. Seemed like everything was a 5-20 minute walk!

リアルト橋からすぐでカナルビューは眺めが最高でした。従業員の方はみんな親切で居心地がよかったです。浴槽があったのですがお湯がうまくたまらなかったのとエレベーターが階段を登らないのいけないのがちょっと残念でした。でもとてもよいホテルでした。また泊まりたいです。

El desayuno es muy completo y la vista desde la terraza es la mejor. El personal que ayuda con el equipaje es muy amable

The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was good in that it is near many of the main sights and it is also near a vaparetto stop. On the downside, my room was very small and the bathroom cramped and the absence of coffee and tea making facilities in the room was unwelcome.

Mooi hotel. De matras wasvvoorvmijn rug minder. Lekker ontbijt. De minibar was niet koud. De ligging is top.

Breakfast was good. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Location was excellent but room was noisy due to restaurants and people around. Most importantly, the whole hotel requires renovation -1) old and dirty carpet, 2)stale air and poor ventilation, 3) room aircon was not functional, 4)bathroom plumbing is poor (does not flush properly even though it flushes), 5) the hotel room was above restaurents so I get abundant free cooked fish aroma every night. The deal breaker was the aircon. The room was stuffy because the air vent was blowing humid stale air. I tried opening the room window and found mosquitoes in the room in addition to the restaurent food smell.I complained to the staff about the aircon and was told they would send someone to look at it but that did not happen and neither was it fixed. Toilet seat was not aligned with toilet bowl and bathroom fllor tile was cracked and not fixed.

Outdated rooms and hallways but the staff and especially the location are great!
