Hotel was good and room was cleaned every morning . Surrounding area of Venice Mestre was quite dirty and intimidating at times, especially at night lots of groups of men at every corner. However the hotel is extremely convenient to the train station

Very close to train station and metro!! Nice nice hotel! Nice breakfast and everything is so clean! Staff friendly. Laundry next door if you need to do a load. Area several places to eat with variety. Bus ride to canal… we bought a two day pass for bus and water taxi. Had the best time there!!

位置離火車站有點距離,而酒店post的相片有啲誤導, Totally舊裝修陳設,大堂昏暗,而check out後寄存行李竟沒有以之識別客人的號碼(something like that),令人不安.

地点还可以靠近火车站，酒店员工就没有什么礼貌，我早上11点左右到可是柜台没有人，傍晚回去也是没人，要叫了一阵子柜台员工才出来。隔天早上退房柜台也是没人，柜台员工一直在里面房间，而且柜台员工不会说英语。

无法形容的差劲，各个方面。入住接待是几个黑人兄弟，一个躺在椅子上看电视，一个胳膊上缠着绷带玩手机，另一个告诉你，他只会讲法语，听不懂你说啥。好容易搞明白了我们要先停车，他说先交钱，我们说都是在退房时结账，他说是老板订的规矩，老板去捷克了，他只讲法语，无论你怎么比划，他就是不明白。实在糟糕透顶。而且房间脏的离谱，床单上发现血迹。还有蛛网。第一晚上楼底下躺了个人，我们以为死了。路上有人报了警，警察来了拖半天，说是醉汉。酒店外面污水横流，晚上回来晚的话经常会见到小流氓三五成群扔酒瓶子吹口哨。周边环境难以描述的恶劣。

i stayed 4 days and just the third and fourth days could connect the wifi service in room. i askedthe reception why i could not connect this wifi service in the first two days. It could only connect it in the lobby area. They just replied me that this is a company service, which is free and forced me to accept thi and asked me , do you understand?......
anyway, this hotel is quite nearby to the Mestre station and quitr gd in general. One weakness is there are no lift and i need to take my big luggages to the 2nd floor when in and out.

O quarto era grande e limpo, a equipe muito atenciosa e solicita e o café da manha muito bom, com variedade de fruta e outras coisas, valeu a pena pagar 10 euros por pessoa.
A regiao é meio deserta mas nao é perigosa. Fica apenas 5min a pé da estaçao de trem e tem mercado perto.
O único ponto negativo era que no nosso quarto que ficava perto da area de café, ficava fazendo um barulho a noite como do encanamento que incomodava aé pegar no sono.
De resto foi tudo ótimo. Recomendo.
