The hotel was well appointed and the staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived after a stressful day of trying to navigate the train system, so it was nice to be received with open arms. Our room was spacious, unlike some of our other European destinations. Overall, the hotel was well maintained and comfortable.

The hotel lobby sure looks much better than our room. The room was dark and gloomy. Only 1 plug that we can use and it’s located in the bathroom! The water from the toilet run constantly all night. The smell inside the room surly can tell this is an old building. Good for quick one night stay but no for long stay.

We got a really good deal for 2 nights pre cruise... the hotel is in a perfect location to the train station and port.
The hotel room was comfortable although it is a bit run down and was designed for someone in a wheelchair. We had to remove shower head to wash as it was do low down.
The safe was broken and we could not use.
Apart from that the staff were super helpful and friendly.
We did not use the restaurant as plenty of eating places close to hotel.
I would still book this hotel pre cruise for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Location was perfect. Directly across from a beautiful beach and minutes from the Cruise dock. Hotel is dated but clean. First floor rooms were had stairs so if you have any mobility issues please advise them. The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and very convenient to have it right in the hotel. The hotel also has a nice bar but we didn’t use it because there are many restaurants and bars nearby with outdoor areas.

This hotel is in a perfect location if you are just visiting the town, leaving on a cruise or returning from a cruise. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and the staff really friendly and helpful. The decor was dated but not terribly it was perfect for our one night stay post cruise. The beach directly across from the hotel is beautiful. The room has air conditioning which was great and breakfast was delicious.

Room was clean, and view was nice. Only few complaints would be our AC and fridge was not cold. Mentioned it at checkout. Honestly didnt know we had a fridge because its not listed in the room description. Also, in my opinion, breakfast was not worth 40€ (10 p/person, even children). Honestly got it out of convenience, which im sure most people do.

Le personnel d’accueil refuse de contacter un taxi pour que nous puissions nous rendre au port. Établissement qui ne ressemble pas aux photos. Assez miteux malgré le prix. Salle de bain qui date malpropre ça n’inspire pas confiance. On dirait qu’il n’y avait pas de matelas sur le lit mais seulement un box. Pour la propreté en général on repassera.
Points positifs: très bonne climatisation et l’hôtel est tres bien situé.

Everything was great. The only issue is they had an issue a couple days ahead of time with the water. It had rocks and dirt in the water but by the time I left everything cleared out. They fixed it and I understand things happen and they were very nice.
