要自己拿行李上樓 浴室偏小 地點很好

全屋污糟邋遢，冷氣漏水全屋濕晒，廁所板破爛的，廚房用具污糟邋遢，廚房用具污糟邋遢，陳舊不堪，收咁嘅價錢，簡直係騙子，滴漏式花灑，廁所冲滿屎味. Hotel.com你係唔係應該要回水俾我呀？

We appreciate much the assistance from the reception when we check in. BTW, the hotel is close to Ponte di Rialto instead of Piazza San Marco though it lies in between, we alight wrongly in San Marco and have to lift luggage up and down from stairs, a really big mistake but thanks to the hotel staff and they help us get the luggage to check-in. Hotel is only 2min. straight walk from Rialto in fact. Hotel room condition is OK though relatively small for 3 persons; breakfast, wifi are both good.

Hotel was a few steps from Rialto. Couldn’t ask for a better location, even how central it was the noise was at a minimum overnight. Room was clean, comfortable and everything we needed for a stay in this city.

Quarto muito bom, bem localizado!! Recomendo.

Right in the middle of shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean. No reception but it is across the road in the bella venetia.Free coffee machine with biscuits in a little kitchen

Very close to St Marks square and shopping. Cafes very close as well. The 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful! So much space!!

The room was very clean, near to the city center, everything was good.

Tout était parfait !! Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses , confortables et propres … personnel très accueillant et disponible.. idéalement placé pour de nombreuses visites Excellent petit déjeuner, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et calme !! Une excellente adresse

Hotel maravilhoso

Hotel en una maravillosa y céntrica ubicación, 100% recomendado!!

The location of the hotel is excellent and very central to everything. However, the hotel itself is extremely outdated and had an unpleasant smell throughout. The check-in process was inconvenient. We had to check in at a different hotel and then drag our luggage back to Hotel San Luca, which was frustrating. During our entire stay, the only interaction we had with staff was during that check-in. The room was very disappointing, especially considering it was advertised as a superior room. The couch looked old and dirty, the floors were scratched, and the safe was not clean. I even found hair on the bed and pillow, which made the room feel unhygienic. The bathtub also wasn’t clean, so I had to wear sandals while showering. Two singles bed pushed together to make a double bed for a superior room, they should be ashamed. This made sleeping very uncomfortable! Another inconvenience was the key system. You are given separate physical keys for the hotel’s front door and your room, which you must carry everywhere. They are bulky and quite noisy, making them impractical. Overall, despite the great location, the poor cleanliness, outdated facilities, and inconvenient check-in process made the stay uncomfortable. I would not stay here again or recommend it unless you specifically prefer very old and dated hotels.

Excelente casi en todo con excepcion de que hay muchas escaleras que subir y nadie que te ayude a subir las maletas.

hotel recomendable 100x100,personal siempre con una sonrisa,intentando ayudar en lo que sea ,el desayuno muy completo,muy centrico al lado de la plaza san marco

La ubicación es maravillosa! En el medio de la vida veneziana. Al lado de plaza de San Marcos e Rialto. Me encantó
