要自己拿行李上樓 浴室偏小 地點很好

全屋污糟邋遢，冷氣漏水全屋濕晒，廁所板破爛的，廚房用具污糟邋遢，廚房用具污糟邋遢，陳舊不堪，收咁嘅價錢，簡直係騙子，滴漏式花灑，廁所冲滿屎味. Hotel.com你係唔係應該要回水俾我呀？

We appreciate much the assistance from the reception when we check in. BTW, the hotel is close to Ponte di Rialto instead of Piazza San Marco though it lies in between, we alight wrongly in San Marco and have to lift luggage up and down from stairs, a really big mistake but thanks to the hotel staff and they help us get the luggage to check-in. Hotel is only 2min. straight walk from Rialto in fact. Hotel room condition is OK though relatively small for 3 persons; breakfast, wifi are both good.

Clean room, nice staff

The apartment was old and needed modernization. There was no elevator. So travel light. The location, however, was perfect.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Venice, with convenient walking to all amenities. It is located across the road from the main hotel which is where breakfast is served every morning. There is a small kitchenette with a fancy coffee machine right in the building so you can have a coffee anytime you wish. There is no elevator so be prepared to walk two flights of stairs. Staff will help you take your suitcase up if needed. Staff at the front desk were helpful and the breakfast was very good.

No complaints about anything. Staff were really accommodating. Lovely room...we had the two-bedroom apartment.

Fomos alocados num prédio anexo, e não no prédio do hotel. Este ficará a 50 metro de distância, porém entrada esquisita, parecia um prédio com algumas moradias, na entrada do prédio 02 lixeiras enormes davam as boas vindas, atrapalhando a escada de acesso. Apto bem antigo e totalmente diferente do quarto que a gente escolhe no site. Não tinha ar condicionado e quando chegamos, descobrimos que o café da manhã não estava incluso, nos cobrando um custo de €15,00 por pessoa, essas eram comodidades descritas na acomodação. E esse não foi o hotel mais barato, escolhemos pela localização e foi a única coisa boa, pois estávamos perto da praça San Marco. O atendente Harley foi muito simpático. Internamente, o apto tinha desníveis no piso, parecendo ter cedido. Não recomendo.

The location is near to the major attractions. The room is unique with Venetian color sheets. It’s right above a small canal. No elevator if you have heavy luggage’s and lives upstairs. Living space is big.

Great location staff were amazing

I like how it was very fancy and the room looked nice. The TV was hard to put up the volume the room was a bit smaller than expected. There was a nice view of Venice. I really enjoyed my stay.

Small and dirty toilet, very cold , no heater. Need major upgrading. Waste of money.

Yes fresh and clean

In the middle of the maze of Venice. Central and walking distance to all the main attractions. Make sure you have Google Maps :) But even then you’ll get lost but that the fun part of it. The boat to and from airport is a couple blocks away. Best way to go. If you are just looking view this is not the place but a perfect place to sleep. Only negative was their recommendation to their Da Gioia Restaurant. Seafood horrid and service not great. When we complained about the scampi his English got worse:).

Muito bom e bem localizado

The breakfast and the check-in and check out are a one minute walk away in their main hotel. The location is good, breakfast is fantastic and all staff were helpful. The biggest negative for us was that we could hear other guests especially in the hallway.

Pros: great location. Minutes from both Rialto and San Marco. Large, clean bathroom. Coffee / hot water machine in a common area. Beds were comfortable. Cons: no elevator. Have to drag your bags up and down 21 steps. The room was tight. The location cuts both ways because it being so central means a lot of noise late into the night and very early. The coffee machine broke. Nobody washed the cups guests used. All in all though, a good deal for where it is.

Staff where really helpful, the breakfast staff needed a lil help, overall good stay.
