酒店位置绝佳，步行即可到达布雷拉美术馆和斯卡拉歌剧院（20分钟），周边环境热闹非凡，餐厅林立，包括Eataly美食广场。房间干净整洁，设施现代化。早餐也很棒。尤其值得一提的是，酒店员工非常友好、礼貌且热情周到。我注意到，他们尽力为我们提前到达的客人和其他客人提供便利。如果下次再来米兰，我一定会再次入住这家酒店。

Yövyimme kaksi yötä. Hotelli on siisti ja moderni sekä tyylikäs. Henkilökunta otti meidät kohteliaasti vastaan. Huone oli todella tilava. Olisin silti kaivannut vaatteilleni hieman enemmän säilytystilaa. Wc oli myös tilava ja siisti sekä tyylikäs. Huoneen korkeus oli korkea. Söimme yhtenä aamuna aamupalan. Aamupala maksoi 16 euroa. Aamupala oli runsas ja todella monipuolinen.
Aamuisin siivojat tai muut hotellivieraat pitivät meteliä, johon heräsi noin 8 aikaan. Käytävältä tuleva meteli kantautui herkästi huoneeseen sekä myös yläpuolelta tulevat siivousäänet, joka häiritsi niin ettei saanut unta enää.
Hotellilta lyhyt matka metroasemalle. Mutta jos halusi keskustaan, ei päässyt suoraan vaan piti vaihtaa kerran metroa.

The staff at the front desk of this hotel was in poor service. When we arrived at the hotel and there were two staffs at the front desk. One of staff named "Txxxna" who did not give us a greeting and no smile thoroughly. She asked us to settle the payment of the room charge upon arrival. When she explains the hotel information to us, she just kept her eyes on the computer.
After settled the payment for the room charges, we found that the name of the guest on the receipt of our two rooms were mixed up. We asked to make the corrections. Her reaction was negative to us and rudely asked my friend to write down the name one more time.
I wondered how come she doesn't know the guests name as she got our passport already. At least give simply apologies to the guests is a must. But when I pointed out her false, she impolitely said "I don't care about you write a comment letter".
We were very disappointed at her bad temper and bad attitude especially standing at the front line. Our holiday mood was sadly turned down by her.

Hotel Tocq is a functional hotel with good walkability to Brera in Milan. I have stayed in many hotels in Milan and would easily seek out alternatives rather than to stay here again.

Só não dei 5 estrelas porque o ar condicionado não gelou muito bem, estava muito calor e o ar-condicionado estava somente em ar ambiente, não conseguimos regular para deixar o quarto mais fresco. Então teve dias que passamos bastante calor no quarto
