We stayed in the top-floor family room at Roma Varese, which included two separate beds and a double sofa bed. Unfortunately, the overall experience in the room was not very good. While the space is generous, it was noticeably dusty upon arrival—both the room and the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. To be fair, the toilet bowls and basins were spotless, but the shower floor had visible, seemingly permanent stains that made it feel unclean. The bathroom ventilation was particularly poor. It remained musty throughout our stay and the fan was very loud, making it unpleasant to use. The double sofa bed was also quite uncomfortable—fine for a child perhaps, but not ideal for an adult. Additionally, some of the room lights didn’t work, giving the space a neglected feel. Overall, it seems the room could really benefit from a renovation, especially in terms of hardware and basic maintenance. On a more positive note, the service at the hotel was quite good—staff were helpful and responsive when we needed assistance. The real highlight, however, was the breakfast. I was genuinely surprised by the quality and variety of food on offer. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully presented. After a night in a subpar room, the breakfast felt like a completely different experience—pleasant, generous, and far above what I expected. If the rooms were brought up to the standard of the breakfast and service, this hotel could be a solid option near Roma Termini.

這次住宿的是四樓的房間，大小部分是可接受的，但天花板的斜面總是一不注意就會撞到，有點惱人。浴室淋浴的水很小，淋浴間地板很滑需要特別小心。除此之外，服務人員服務態度很好，地點離車站很近很方便。附近有間越南餐館味道不錯，很適合吃膩義大利菜的亞洲人。

이탈리아에서 6곳의 호텔을 묵으며 그 중 3곳이 로마 호텔이었는데 단연 최악이었습니다. 1층 객실을 받고 나서 리셉션 옆이라 불길했지만 룸 컨디션이 좋을 줄 알았는데 침대 양 옆에 귀마개가 어메니티로 제공되더군요. 아니나 다를까 문이 전혀 방음의 기능을 하지 못하고 윗층에서는 화장실 물 떨어지는 소리까지 적나라하게 났습니다. 화장실 악취가 침실까지 퍼지고, 무엇보다 화장실 메인 조명이 거울 앞 자동 점등이어서 샤워 부스에 있는 샤워 시간 동안 몇분마다 불이 꺼졌습니다. 간접등은 켜고 끌 수 있었지만 메인등이 자동 점등이라니 왜 이런 인테리어를해 둔 것인지 이해가 가지 않아요. 벽면은 곰팡이인지 크랙인지 흔적이 남아 있고, 화장실도 상태가 깨끗하진 않았습니다. 이 호텔에 묵는 날짜가 딱 5월 초 성수기에 겹쳐 상당히 비싼 숙박료를 치뤘는데 1박이라 다행이라고 생각했습니다. 조식은 미리 예약하고 시간 맞춰가면 식당에서 메뉴 주문하듯이 내줍니다(뷔페식x). 점원도 친절하고 퀄리티도 좋지만 좌석이 몇 없어 30분 단위 예약이라서 40분만 식사하더라도 다음 차례 손님들의 대기 눈치가 많이 보입니다.

Sehr Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück am Tisch war gut. Man bestellt beim Personal was man haben möchte und es wird einem zügig gebracht. Unser Zimmer war leider ohne ein Fenster nach draußen. Somit konnten wir nie durchlüften und waren immer auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen. Und diese bringt ja leider auch keine frische Luft rein. Die direkte Lage von ca 5 min Fußweg zum Termini (Hauptbahnhof) ist super.

It’s location is fantastic and the staff do an amazing job, our first room, the window was blocked, it made me feel like I was in a dungeon, and not good for my AuDhd, but they were able to move our room the next day, which was no issues at all, the hotel is tired, a lot of wear and tear, but it’s making the best of what it’s got to work with, the team are lovely and friendly, but as I said, the location is its selling point.

O quarto é bem simples e banheiro pequeno. O hotel bem limpo, cheio de itens d toalete. Fica mto perto da estação Termini. Tem recepção 24h. O funcionário q nos recebe, a 1h madrugada, foi extremamente atencioso. Saímos as 5h e como ainda não era horário do café da manhã ele nos preparou um cappucino e nós entregou uma sacola com itens de café da manhã, p nossa viagem. Foi realmente um querido.

Excelente opção, bem localizado (5m a pé da estação principal, 15m a pé do coliseum/fontana, café da manhã muito bom, quarto e banheiro pequenos mas funcional, em bom estado e bem limpos.

Veldig hyggelig betjening, god frokost meny. Kan nok være litt støy men plaget ikke oss.

Hotelli sijainti oli erinomainen rauhallisella alueella, henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja maistuva, hotellihuoneessa oli kylpytarvikkeita saatavilla. Valitettavasti huoneeseemme kantautui meteliä käytävältä ja aamupalalta, hotellin tarjoamat korvatulpat ei riittäneet avuksi tässä asiassa. Myös sänky oli huono nukkua. Emme tule valitsemaan tätä hotellia enää uudelleen.

Rooms clean and tidy. Staff were very attentive, breakfast had plenty choice for not being a buffet. Freshly made and enjoyable. Went at the end of March so didn’t use air conditioning so can’t comment.

Very near the main train station. Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good, our room on the ground floor was okay but it didn’t have an opening window.

A very nice, convenient hotel about 3 blocks from the train station. It's actually worth staying there for the breakfast alone (absolutely great with everything prepared to order). We'll be back!!

직원 친절, 조식 특히 크로와상 맛있음(피스타치오 강추), 로마 여행동안 캐리어도 맡아줌 너무 다 좋음 단, 방음이 조금 아쉽.. 나머진 좋음 잠깐 들려서 쉴때 좋을듯

A equipe foi sensacional e tiveram todos cuidados desde o check-in ao checkout. Quarto silencioso e de tamanho adequado para um casal com espaço suficiente.

Plus Points: - Friendly Staff - Close to Termini - Clean - Breakfast Included Negative Points: - Room too hot. Had to sleep with window open despite having a portable fan. Couldn’t seem to make the room any cooler. Unfortunately a lot of outside noise but has to choose between not being able to sleep because of noise or being too hot. - Safe didn’t work. - Bathroom tired and in need of refurbishment. - Noise echoes throughout the building. You can hear every door being closed and conversations and TVs through the walls. You will get woken up by the cleaners outside your room. Provided earplugs not adequate.

장점: 직원들이 친절함. 매일 객실 청소를 깨끗이 해줌. 조식이 있음. 조용함. 마트와 교통수단 이용이 용이함. 단점: 샤워기 수압이 약하고 물온도 조절이 잘 안됨. 침대 시트 중 겉시트와 속에 들어가는 이불이 각각 분리되어 있어 자다보면 뒤엉키고 불편함. 조식 구성이 단조롭고 매번 미리 예약하고 시켜야 해서 번거로움.
