Overall, we had a great stay at Lefay Dolomiti. The property is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms and an outstanding three-level spa. Despite its size, it never felt crowded and it was always easy to find a place to relax. The massages were excellent, and we really enjoyed the activities organized by the hotel with knowledgeable guides. The location is fantastic, and the complimentary bikes are a great way to explore the area. The Michelin-starred Grual restaurant was excellent, with outstanding food and impeccable service. Unfortunately, the Dolomia restaurant was disappointing, both at dinner and breakfast. The staff were consistently slow, inattentive, and often made mistakes with our orders. Dinner service was mediocre, and the food was average, not worth the premium prices. Waiting over 20 minutes for someone to clear our plates after finishing dinner is not what you expect from a five-star hotel. Breakfast was also below expectations. The pastries and bread tasted pre-made instead of freshly baked. At this level, the hotel should have its own pastry chef or source products from a high-quality local bakery. The coffee was poor, and our egg orders were wrong about half the time. A fantastic hotel let down by inconsistent service and food quality at Dolomia.

Schöne Pools und Saunalandschaft. Leider Immer mal Gäste, die mit Badesachen in der Sauna sind oder in das Tauchbecken gehen und dabei sogar Filmen. Aber Personal sehr gut beim Aufguss. Frühstück sehr gut mit tollem Ausblick. Für Tiefgarage muss immer der Rezeptionsknopf gedrückt werden und die Zimmernummer mitgeteilt werden. Im Schwesterhotel am Gardasee kann die Zimmerkarte vorgehalten werden. Wir fanden dieses Hotel ein kleinen Tack besser als das am Gardasee - aber das ist sicherlich sehr individuell.
