It’s hard to describe just how special this hotel is. This was my fourth stay in the property and won’t be my last. The attention to detail from management and staff is incredible and gets better every year. It is clear that the hotel seeks to A special mention for a number of people. The cleaning staff are meticulous. Julia in the restaurant is so pleasant and helpful. Clara/Jessica/Valentina in reception are so accommodating. The personal trainers Marco and Enrico are so knowledgeable and run great classes. -

The resort was fabulous but but the town had lack of activity

This property is amazing. Part of the I prefer. Spa is the most amazing spacious spa with great views. 16+ so no kids in the spa. saunas, Steam rooms they ha you can’t wear bathing suits at all( NUDE , or wrap a towel). Concept of NUDITY laying in steam room was a bit weired but not eveyone did it , but we saw Nudity for sure but you have to put bathing suits while walking in between spots. Massage was amazing high quality. The gym was open 24 hours and it had amazing machines like you have a private big gym. Views were amazing. Restaurants are top quality. Breakfast variety is great. Definitely a hotel you will go back to again. They have another branch in lake garda too.

I’ve been traveling professionally for over four decades and this is the nicest, most beautiful friendliest hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. The spa facilities are outstanding. The very beat.

I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and expected a high-quality experience given the €1000 per night rate, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. Booking Issues: Before arrival, I emailed multiple times to confirm my spa appointment but received no resolution. Despite providing screenshots and all the necessary details, they couldn’t locate my booking. On the way to the hotel, I had to call, only to be hung up on after a 10-minute wait. When I called again, they finally found my booking, but this unnecessary stress was not how I wanted to start my special day. Welcome Drinks and Check-in: The check-in process was strange and inefficient. We were directed to the bar for welcome drinks and had to return to pick up our room key. Why not give the keys while we wait for the drinks? Also, they didn’t ask about allergies. The welcome drink contained grapes, which we’re allergic to, and this lack of attention to detail was disappointing. Spa and Facilities: The spa treatments are overpriced for what you get. While the cigar lounge is good, the food is average, and the breakfast is very basic—not what you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Staff and Service: The staff’s level of English is very poor, and instead of being helpful when they don’t understand, they often become rude and arrogant. This attitude made the overall experience uncomfortable and far from welcoming. Additional Costs: The hotel charges an additional €300 to check out at 2 PM, which feels exc

This hotel does classy and subtle very well. The staff were attentive and yet you never knew they were there. Every window has a sublime view, waking up each morning causes a sharp intake of breath.
