Breakfast and lobby areas are great. Rooms are very small and old. Wire socket was dislocated. Room radiator and heating was not working well and cannot be controlled.

Great location to any walking distance , bathroom was clean and new, but the bedroom is not quiet new and they should change curtain .however , the reception is very welcome and informatic . I will consider to stay next time .

Very good stay. They really helped my Roma vacations to have a great ending.

Café da manhã com bastante opções e delicioso. O hotel é bem localizado, é da pra caminhar até as principais atrações turísticas. Ou dá pra pegar Uber. O ar condicionado do quarto não é muito bom, e o quarto nao é bem limpo. Tinha muito pó atrás da cama, embaixo da cama e no banheiro. E a água do chuveiro vazava muita água no banheiro.

Except for Danilo and Bamba, no one else was nice or polite. When we arrived with 6 pieces of luggage, the doorman didn’t even flinch to open the door to the hotel so we could come in, rude is an understatement!

Quarto e banheiro limpos e ótimos. Faltou apenas um ferro de passar roupa no quarto em que pese ter a disposicao no oitava andar para todos.

Hotel bem localizado, o pessoal da recepção muito simpático e educado além de prestativos, Café da manhã bem surtido No geral as acomodações são boas, só achei que poderia melhorar um pouco na limpeza no geral,

Das Hotel liegt nicht sehr zentral. Man ist immer auf Transport angewiesen oder läuft relativ lange, was bei 30 Grad mühselig ist. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wird von Reisegruppen genutzt, was es zeitweise sehr voll und laut macht im Eingangsbereich und beim Frühstück. Das Premium Zimmer bietet nicht viel Komfort. Es wird nicht mal Wasser angeboten. Das Bad ist unnötig gross, Zimmer eher klein gehalten. Das Personal ist freundlich aber Preis Leistung stimmten für uns nicht.

Unfortunately, I did not receive a welcome upon arrival. Additionally, the shower enclosure is too small, causing water to leak outside the shower area and onto the bathroom floor. Overpricing

The property is listed as a 4-star hotel, this does NOT reflect correctly. The staff were genuinely excellent — warm, professional, and attentive. That part of the experience was not the issue. What I found difficult to reconcile was the physical condition of the property, which I documented during my stay: >Visibly worn carpeting throughout common areas >A single iron for the entire hotel, with a non-functioning phone in the ironing room >Significantly chipped and damaged flooring in my room >A loose soap dish actively detaching from the shower wall >Visible mold in the shower tile grout >Heavy mineral and rust buildup on shower fixtures >No luggage assistance offered at arrival or departure Expedia's 4-star classification shapes booking decisions and justifies the nightly rate. I'd genuinely like to understand: how does Expedia evaluate whether a property continues to meet its listed star rating when the physical condition falls this short of what was advertised? I have photographs of each issue and am happy to share them with whoever reviews listing standards. I'm raising this not to dispute a charge, but because I believe the gap between the listed standard and the actual condition is something Expedia would want to know about — for the integrity of its listings and for other travelers making decisions based on them.

This hotel is centrally located to both Vatican and Spanish step and Vatican. Easy walk to all. The front staff was wonderful. They set up taxis to and from airport. Breakfast was also good
