Very good location very beautiful hotel. Everything was very up-to-date super clean good energy around the location as well. They had everything you can think of highly recommend and will definitely come back to stay.

Conosciamo questo hotel da anni e ci siamo già stati diverse volte, sia privatamente che con amici e partner di lavoro. Ci siamo sempre trovati bene ed è per questo che avevamo scelto di tornarci anche durante il nostro viaggio di due mesi. Purtroppo, per un imprevisto, avremmo avuto bisogno di spostare la prenotazione di un solo giorno. Non abbiamo chiesto un rimborso, ma almeno un minimo di flessibilità, come un cambio data o un voucher. La risposta è stata però un rifiuto totale, senza alcun tentativo di venirci incontro. Siamo rimasti molto delusi, soprattutto perché siamo clienti abituali. Crediamo che, in situazioni eccezionali e con clienti fedeli, un piccolo gesto di disponibilità faccia davvero la differenza. Per questo motivo, questa volta non possiamo lasciare una valutazione migliore.

Great hotel. The pool shuts at 6pm which is very early if your out all day…..and drinks extremely pricey in pool area - double the price of everything around. A shame there’s no restaurant.

This is a fun, spotless and lively property:) Highly recommend to any kind of traveller for business or pleasure. Also situated near lots of interesting attractions, museums and restaurants!

Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch und das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, lecker und in einer tollen Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer hat uns richtig gut gefallen und das Bett war sehr bequem. Der Pool ist schön, leider sind die Getränke dort sehr teuer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Had high hopes here - stayed 3 nights in the mini heatwave. Hotel looked great, different, nice pool area…. But in all the heat the air con didn’t work. Reported it to reception who said they’d look into it. Second night - still didn’t work. Reported again - asked for room change. Told not possible although hotel wasn’t full. This time it kind of cooled a little bit - just sufficient. We were with friends and their room was chilled fine. Breakfast looked fine but we didn’t take it - very expensive Pool area was good - bar really expensive there - more than any restaurant we ate in, and the airport. Also - on the last morning before travelling to Como we decided to laze by the pool… only to be told it was closed because they were filming. No warning - Not Acceptable! They did let us in but bar closed, couldn’t make any noise and couldn’t access the steps to the pool so couldn’t get in it. Waste of time. Finally - the hotel is a bit of a walk from the metro and tram - especially as one tram line isn’t working. Summary - no I would not recommend this hotel

Pool was great! Room amenities were standard.

The room was clean, but room service was extremely slow. The check out experience however was very good!
