Beautiful room with 2 balconies and a large jacuzzi! Central location. Very helpful staff. I really appreciate the on-site parking. The elevator didn’t work

Concierge was very helpful and friendly. Room was very small and bathroom was dirty. Convient location. Close to airport.

The staff was wonderful. We never had a chance to sleep over night due to our plane issues. However we arrived at 10:00 a.m. the day we were scheduled to check out. The man at the desk was very gracious to allow us to shower and take a nap until noon. It was clean and had a nice large window to the street to view the culture. The same man made us espresso on our way out!! Thank you!

The location of hotel is in great spot! The room was very clean and beautiful with decor. Staff were very kind and helpful. They assisted us in getting taxi for early check out to airport. By far was the best stay we had visiting Europe and would 100% recommend and stay here again.

Outstanding and close to the epicentre of town

+ Parkplatz für €10/Tag im Innenhof (erspart die Parkplatzsuche in der Stadt) + Minikühlschrank + Deluxezimmer sehr geräumig - Bad & Dusche verhältnismässig winzig - keine Bademäntel und keine Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Balkon (entspricht nicht den Bildern auf Hotels.com) - Baustelle direkt vor dem Zimmer, mit Arbeitsbeginn jeweils so zwischen 7 und 7.30 Uhr und Blockieren des Lifts ~ Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, gem. Unterkunft soll es nicht dabei gewesen sein, sie hat es dann aber trotzdem “offeriert”. ~ Es ist ja ein „B&B“, das Frühstück gibt’s aber in einer “fremden” Bar etwas entfernt, wofür man dann eigentlich auch noch jeden Morgen an der Reception einen Voucher abholen muss.

The location was very central to the main areas of Catania. Access to the accommodation was via an old lift or four flights of stairs. The size of the room was huge, as was the spa bath, which was also very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and responsive. An air conditioning issue we encountered on a Sunday was fixed immediately. I would recommend this accommodation.

Very spacious suite in an EXCELLENT location. Comfortable beds and well air conditioned, which we appreciated. I really appreciated the communication in advance of our stay and the hotel making sure we were able to leave the property early in the morning. Check in process was easy and staff was very accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend for families traveling to Catania.

We were a little leery arriving after hours but the instructions we received were fantastic and we appreciated the communication before, during and after our stay. This place is a hidden gem with its fountain the courtyard and amazing views. We appreciated the elevator as we had heavy luggage. Our room was very nice and extremely clean. Large beautiful white doors opened to a balcony overlooking the square. It was very conveniently located to many restaurants. We appreciated our one night stay before we headed out for an early flight. I especially appreciated the hair dryer and toiletries provided.

Safe area and Antonella was the very best in getting us checked in! So sweet…

Great stay 2 min walk to the center

The gate getting into the property was not so obvious from the street took some time to find it . Getting into the gate was fine once you located it . The entrance into the building was sketchy to say the least , once you get over that part of it and get upstairs to the apt it was fine . The girl was sitting at the desk as you enter the B and B. There are approx . 6 rooms and each room is for other guests . The room was fairly clean but the worst was the mattresses they literally had huge indents in them and very difficult to sleep . I recommend the owners change the mattresses if they don't want complaints . The bottom left side of the shower had a leak and the water has damaged the trim around the door , it was black and mouldy . Other then these couple of things the place was adequate for the 1 nite stay that I had to stay in Catania. Its location is very close to the Main Street which is convenient.

We have arrived the hotel and checked in around 1:30pm. Afterwards, we went out for sightseeing. When we backed to hotel at around 8pm, we wanted to take shower but found that there was no water supply in the room. We texted to the hotel staff and wanted to know what had happened. They replied that there was water interruption and they were now working to fix the problem. Later, they said that it was not their fault as the water suspension was not their responsibility. They said the water would resume for next hours. However, there was no water supply all during the night and even not resumed in the next morning when we checked out at 10 am. The staff actually just excused their responsibility and nothing to comfort their customers. We didn’t have water to wash our face and brushed our teeth! I thought they should let us have some bottles of water but no one care about our needs. You may see their response in the text they responded to my worries!!!

The floor was filthy. Lots of big bugs came out near the shower / hot tub drain area.
