Room was clean and spacious by European standards. The woman who checked me in was fluent in English and helpful with my questions.

The room had cobb webs on ceiling and the blow dryer holder was very loose. We couldn't get frig. to turn on. The bed and bathroom were very clean

Lovely mattress and pillow. Courtyard was under construction. Great sleep, tough to get to/expensive but they can't control that (min 25 euro taxi to/from the airport).

Hotel staff coordinated a shuttle and afterhours arrival - very satisfied with the communication.

My wife tripped and badly sprained her ankle on the last day of our cruise throwing our original plans to train into Rome and spend the last day there out the window. She could barely hobble and we needed help. Valentina at Sleep and Go to the rescue! She arranged last minute car transportation, had our room ready early, and fired up the chair lift. It was so nice to encounter such friendly help after experiencing this accident. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, cold a/c, easy walk to a grocery store, and of course very close to the airport. I would go out of my way to stay here again it is lovely.

I decided not to stay. My flight was delayed and my pick up to the property did not arrive. Since I was traveling alone and realizing that their property has no elevator and no receptionist 24 hours I felt it was very inconvenient and unsafe for me as a solo traveler so I decided to just not stay. The staff was very good in communication . However my suggestion is if you are alone, arriving late better stay at a hotel at the airport or just stay in the airport rather than going outside .

Staff were very helpful. Good communication via WhatsApp before our trip. Room was clean and adequate, bathroom has no counter space. All rooms are upstairs. When we arrived the desk manager was able to take our luggage up on the chair lift, but we left at 6:30 AM when the office wasn't open, so had to move suitcases down the stairs. There is a restaurant onsite, but it wasn't open, so we walked about 3 blocks and found some adequate pizza.

Although it is somewhat close to the airport, it cost 35 euro for a taxi ride between the airport and the hotel. And going to Rome central needs bus and metro transfer. Wonder if it would be more convenient if stay along the train line or actually within the proximity of the airport that hotel free shuttle would cover the commute. The hotel itself is good though and the staff is very helpful.

Great little place to stay before flying out. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable! Communications with staff was excellent!

Hotellet var fint til en enkelt nat efter en sen landing i lufthavnen. De sendte billeder af processen i forhold til indtjekning, det var beskrevet meget udførligt.

Personal muy amable. La habitación es simple, pero cómoda y correcta. No hay desayuno, solo máquinas de vending con monedas. Hay restaurante justo al lado. Ofrecen traslado al aeropuerto.
