Don’t book airport transfers thru hotel. Guy shows up in the morning charges more than told by hotel and shows up in a small. Car with other passengers and you hold you luggage on your lap. Girl at check in amazing. Great onsite restaurant air conditioning great. Recommend except for air port transfers

We did not really see the staff because we arrived after the reception was closed and left before they were opened. However we communicate by WhatApps and they were very good at communicating to help arranging transportation and for the self check-in

Great comfortable place, and an awesome restaurant next door ( We ate there 3 times in 24 hrs!! Can't resist Spaghetti Carbonara all 3 meals. The steak is so good too.)
Shuttle bus and taxi services are reliable; 20euros for scheduled taxi pickup and 39euros for 4am pick-up for our early flight all OK with using credit card.
Walk up one story to the rooms but there is a baggage/HC lift to help. Met fun guests and we enjoyed the complimentary beer from Luca the hotel operator!

We were looking for a clean place to sleep before we flew out of Time the next day. The room was clean. The staff was excellent with communicating before we checked in. The room had all the necessities. Since it was situated in a neighborhood, I do wish there was some kind of list with local favorites we could check out during the time of our stay. I would recommend this hotel.

This was a great place to stay if you wanted to be close the tourist spots of Rome and very close to Roma Termini for trains. 10 minutes walking or one stop on the Metro. Staff at the desk were welcoming and very helpful.

The room is small, the front office staff was helpful. It is a good location if you are needing to spend a night before a flight or cruise. Do be aware the front desk closes at 8 PM and special arrangements do need to be made for late arrival. Which when you are traveling can be a hassle.
