位置超級近火車站 , 但晚上周邊人會比較混雜 房間空間足夠 , 也很清楚 但要注意 , 浴室有條繩子不要碰

Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. I don’t quite satisfied with the room allocated to me. The hotel change another room for me immediately. Dining is very good. We have breakfast at the hotel every morning. We also had dinner one night at the hotel. Location is very good, close to central station and walking distance to all the major attractions.

wondeful location just next to the Bologna Centrale, walkable distance to the old downtown, nice staffs and service. nice room.

Storico hotel Bolognese collocato in fronte alla Stazione Centrale, in posizione eccellente per i viaggiatori, ma in una zona non particolarmente piacevole, specie nelle ore serali. Come nella tradizione del marchio offre ambienti eleganti e confortevoli, che cominciano tuttavia a sentire il peso degli anni ed a richiedere manutenzione. I particolare sarebbe opportuno provvedere a migliorare l’isolamento acustico nelle stanze che danno sulla strada principale, nelle quali, almeno per quanto mi riguarda, impossibile prendere sonno. Personale professionale, ma non sempre disponibile (troppi congressi?). Colazione nella media della categoria.

Hotel is in awful condition and needs major renovation. Would not recommend staying here.

It was Calle “a superior room”, but it was a normal nice hotel room, quite small. What bothered me that there was no hair conditioner nor body lotion provided. I would have expected that in a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was nice. The staff all around friendly.

The room was very clean and well appointed. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful along with everyone else I came in contact with from housekeeping to security. Location of the property couldn’t be more convenient. Directly across the street from the train station and an easy 10-15 minute walk to all of the restaurants ect.

Starhotels Excelsior is on par with a good Hilton or Marriott. Excellent location directly across the street from Bologna Centrale, which makes arrivals and departures effortless. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and good linens. Minor quirk: I had to hunt a bit to figure out the bathtub drain knob, but nothing serious. Breakfast was a highlight. Scrambled eggs and bacon, a strong bakery selection, fresh juices, yogurt, and deli items. Plenty of choice and good quality. From the hotel, it’s about a 20-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, passing through lively streets full of shops and cafés. A solid, reliable choice for Bologna.
