Breakfast can have more varieties. The only lift is small and slow, need to walk up 7 floors to breakfast room if you are staying at 1/F.

The staff at front desk was not very welcoming, did not have much to say to us. He was watching a soccer game on his cellphone as he was checking us in and took a very long time to take images of our passports. The elevator is very tight and slow. Breakfast was very delightful

Personal an der Rezeption und Bar hervorragend! Die Zimmerreinigung war schlecht. Leider gab es keine neuen Handtücher. Seifenspender wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Das Bett wurde nicht gemacht.
Die Zimmer waren abgenutzt und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend.

We have stayed here twice. Both times the keycard quit working before our checkout so we had to get the front desk to rekey. Had to be a systemic issue or mistake.
The first time, we asked for and got 3 card keys. The 2nd time we checked in, the woman behind the counter refused to give us more than 1 card
key. I had to insist on 3 cards and there was so ho hum about a heavy unspecified penalty for not returning the card keys.
Both times we had a family room for 4.
Please quit the nonsense about the card keys

Very convenient to the train, bus and metro station. Rooftop breakfast buffet every morning was such a great way to start out our days.!Wonderful restaurant next door, Diana’s Place Bistro, with wonderful staff! If staying in the hotel you get 10% off your meal as well.
