上城宫酒店

The condition of the room and hotel is really bad. Looks like they haven't renovate or maintain it for the last 10 years. The carpet felt very dirty, even the floor beneath the carpet was broken, when you walk you felt a sudden depression hole underneath! This is really horrible condition.

The hotel staffs are nice, the location is very convenient.

Staff was really nice, room was cleaned daily, view from the restaurant is top tier. The negative was that the room was extremely small, with the beds almost touching each other , otherwise you could not fit two beds in there. I was also supposed to receive a bottle of wine per check in, and I was given a personal size bottle of prosecco upon my request, which felt like false advertising . The staff was always pleasant, and the view from the restaurant is lovely. The walk to the duomo is about 15 minutes.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. They also helped me figure out how to get a refund for a train ride that got cancelled. Very helpful staff who exceeded expectations

The hotel room was very cold, and we were freezing during the night while sleeping. We reported the issue, but it seems there is a general heating problem. Overall, the hotel was good, clean, and centrally located.

Rooms were clean and the shower was awesome. Decent distance from the duomo but very far from milan centrale station. Cant fault the hotel. Really good location

밀라노 두오모 대성당뷰는 정말 너무 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절 했어요. 다만 깜박하고 나온 저의 검정색 자켓은.. 찾지 못 했어요. ㅜ.ㅠ 2번째 입고 나온 새옷을... 모든 짐을 확인하지 못한 저의 실수지만 그래도 조금은 아쉽습니다.

Great location. Walk to the duomo, shops and restaurants. Clean beautiful a very comfortable place to stay. I will return.

Atendimento excelente da recepção. Quarto pequeno porém confortável

The room was run down, stunk of sewage, and everything was musty and dingy.

The breakfast was fresh and the staff was very friendly and fast.

Usual consistent experience - we even got an upgrade!

Love the hotel, very modern, very clean and comfortable. Incredible view of the Duomo and the city from the restaurant on 13th floor. The staff is very courteous and helpful.
