I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend they vary the breakfast content. Customer service was A , especially with Mako, Mina and Kimmy. Large grocery store and small Lawsons convenience store located within five to ten minute walk. Two minutes to the train station, which is a direct route to old town Asakusa. We are already planning our return visit.

We loved our stay in Araiya! The house was absolutely beautiful, with such attention to detail. We were perfectly comfortable and will return next time we're in Tokyo. The hosts were very welcoming and made us a delicious breakfast each morning.

What a pleasure to stay with Ayria! It was an amazing experience and kids love it. only 1 mins walk from the metro station. Big local supermarket just around the corner. Safe neighbor to have night walk with kids to explore Japan. I would stay again and also recommend to all other traveler.
