空間大、交通方便、離運河城很近，還有一個陽台

優點 地點好近運河城，泊車方便，露台景觀不錯，室內環境間格不錯，煮定設備用具齊全，有洗衣機及晒浪架。 建議改善空間 冷氣不要直吹(裝隔風網)，枕頭好高有小小味，所有燈掣開關奇怪，

生活備用品欠不足，如垃圾袋，廁紙等

房間放置三張床後空間甚少，出露台也很困難。廚櫃設計有問題，我已碰到櫃角2次。浴室沒有掛衣服的掛鈎，甚為不方便，只是價錢比較便宜及鄰近運河城。

There was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the lobby on the first floor, and the information book in the room felt sticky. It would be great if these could be improved in the future.

離旁邊hotel很近，很容易搞錯。因為是無人服務，check in 有問題的時候求助無門。差點露宿街頭。室內光害嚴重，廚房窗戶沒有任何遮陽，早上會被曬醒。影響睡眠品質。

The room for 4 people is so tiny and small. The kitchen and washing machine are good for the family . It locates near the Canal shopping centre.

I think this accommodation is very convenient. It's very convenient for older people as you can get to the station very quickly. However, the accommodation was too cramped for 4 people and there was no table to eat at. It's okay if two or three people come to live there, but it's a bit difficult to move around if there are many people. I like its riverside scenery and comfortable accommodation decoration. There are also many restaurants and shopping spots near this building. So I think this place is worthy of the price. It's a pity that the floor in this room is not clean and there is still some dust. It would be better if the floor tidiness was improved. Also I think more trash bags should be provided. But please note that there are no clothes racks in the bathroom, which I think is not very user-friendly.

這是第二次入住, 對周邊環境非常滿意, 可是今次分配的房間有點小

乾淨清潔 附近有很多泊車位 有Wi-Fi密碼 但search唔到Wi-Fi房號 最後未能夠用到Wi-Fi 整體都很滿意

Location is good. Room with river-view. But no room cleaning during the stay. Self check-in/out. Never meet any staff.

Have some household facilities which are not usually found in hotel, good for staying for a week.

優點：空間大，住宅式旅館，有廚具及洗衣機等等...鄰近博多運河城。缺點：冷氣系統不穩定，步行至櫛田神社駅需時約13分鐘不太近博多駅。注意事項：需要自助checkin/checkout，旅館長時間沒有工作人員在場

Wonderful river view and very clean of the room. The only thing is the damage of the light of the living room.

ダブルベッドが2つにシングルのソファーベッドが１つあり、少し狭く感じましたが、泊まるには充分な広さでした。 トイレとバスルームは別で、

4인가족 지내기엔 괜찮았습니다. 만 주방 등 끄는법을 몰라 계속 켜고 있었네요

세탁기도 있고 세제도 구비되어있어서 편했어요 주방도 냉장고도 크고 전기포트 전자레인지 전기레인지 냄비 및 조리도구 잘 갖춰져있어 간단히 밥해먹기 좋았어요

I didn't use it, but my father was happy that it was there and he used it. I didn't feel any shortage of kitchen utensils either.
