Very warm welcome from the staff and with a very exceptional experience in Kyoto of the first night. A very traditional and delicious breakfast. The room is just fit for two people though as this is a very historical house. So, a very good experience for our visit.

Hotel服务差评！Hotel服务差评！Hotel服务差评！预定的时候明明是带晚餐怀石料理的，但因为是游客身份预定，只能以最后的订单为准，女主人通知说没有晚餐的时候失望至极！希望Hotel改进这一点，餐食前后都对应不上，对用户来说是一件很闹心的事情！！！
但是就旅馆本身来说，是服务很好的日式旅馆，距离京都站非常近：购物很方便，伊势丹和友都八喜就在步行距离内；旅馆对面就是东本愿寺，主人也是非常友善的日本女性；

We have a wonderful stay at Ohanabo. It's location is convenient, just around 10min walk from Kyoto station. Staff is nice and helpful. Dinner and breakfast are also good. Suggest to use common bathroom. Hope we have chance to come back again.
