Stayed in one of the private rooms with 3 beds (2 on the floor, and one in a loft). Just steps from Motomachi shopping street, and super close to the Minatomotomachi subway station entrance (just across the street). Room was very clean, and I had no complaints about the shared bathroom arrangement. The best part however, is that there is a fantastic laundry place (ストランドリー STLAUNDRY （大型コインランドリー) 3 minutes walk from the hostel that takes card, does a full wash/dry cycle for only 1000 yen.
If you need a place for a few nights, this place is hard to beat.

Hostel Anchorage was a neat, quiet and respectful accommodation with a comfortable shared lounge/dining space and kitchenette. The family room was lovely and we all slept well.

入住當天遇到燕子颱風無地去，老闆讓我提早一點入住，晚上還做章魚燒和住客分享聊天！住起來自在，也提供免費咖啡和旅遊資訊，離元町商街和地鐵很近，非常棒！

Air conditioner did not open in the night. One Thai traveler complains the room is crazy hot. The staff came and said " all complaints from your Thai group, don't complains again" after I said I came from Hong Kong and it really hot. Please turn on the air conditione. He said you could open your bed curtain for sleeping or paid more money for private room. Hey, My bed in front of your flat door..What is this crazy concept...it is a sauna night !!! Really poor night!

三宮から遠からずの立地、値段と施設環境が会っています。
一人だけどダブルベッドで個室、トイレ近い、部屋みたいな使い方出来るので、充分な環境です

中華街にも近いし、ロケーションは良い。施設は こぎれいな2段ベッドの宿泊施設で、安いのが最大の魅力。特に問題もなく熟睡できました。

We had a great stay at Hostel Anchorage. We had a private two person room that was cozy and clean. The location of the hotel was convenient, too— close to Motomachi and Chinatown and walking distance to the Harbor and Sannomiya.
