Le personnel est vraiment sympatique, professionnel et aime rire et avoir du plaisir avec ses clients. Très agréable. Le déjeuner etait excellent et le personnel du restaurant etait vraiment gentil et sympathique. Très bel hôtel de style traditionnel japonais. La chambre etait vraiment superbe et grande.

The room was large & comfortable, the staff was friendly & the breakfast excellent. However the shower room was moldy and the water was lukewarm. The building is generally frayed around the edges, but the big negative was the shower.

No hot water in the room - only luke warm. Although I talked to the reception as this might be a legionella risk, they did not even check it. Window could not be closed properly in this room. Dirty airconditioner and air vent. Breakfast was good.

I was offered a room on the 5th floor. The ceiling above the door was broken. And the wall next to the door was taped. It looked like water damage or no maintenance. Jammed room door. Vibration and machine noise inside the room. I asked immediately for a room change. I was told it’s an old hotel - finally got another room after some discussion.

Staff was very helpful and professional. We noticed the building is old and need some update especially plumbing conditions. The hotel was located quiet residential area, which is hard to find in Tokyo and we enjoyed it. Access to Haneda Airport was nice and smooth.
