ChoFu LiVEMAX Hotel is overall good and my comments are as follows: (1) Location The hotel situates in the west of Tokyo. It is geographically far from the traditional tourist spots but it could be compensated by its easy accessibility to various types of transportation. It is just a few steps to the JR and bus stations. (2) Vicinity The hotel is surrounded by convenient stores, department stores, supermarkets, book stores, etc. You are likely to be able to find what you need just next door to your accommodation. (3) Staff The staff are very helpful and professional. They made a very good attempt to understand my enquiries in English and provide suitable assistance. I gave its staff a 5-point rating and they really deserve it. (4) Facilities The facilities are good and fair relative to the price of the hotel. Thank you the hotel for providing me with a very good accommodation!

離車站跟lawson很近，房內有微波爐和桌面式的電磁爐，也有延長線，茶壺內部乾淨，雖然感覺整體飯店有點年紀，但還是有用心在維護，值得推薦。

距離新宿站搭特急只需15分鐘，乾淨，溫暖，我們住的是兩人非吸菸房確實沒有煙味,如果太大的行李箱（30吋）無法平放打開。 It's clean and cozy hotel. Near to the train station. Very recommend

清潔で必要最低限揃ったシンプルな客室。ベッドも寝心地良かったと思います。外国人スタッフの説明も丁寧で快適に過ごせました。荷物を置いたり食事用の小さなテーブル等があれば尚良かったと思いました。

everything is good, the reception is quite friendly and helpful

Location and access is excellent, and the hotel is reasonably priced but not central Tokyo. Shinjuku is 15 minutes by super express train. The bed is probably a little small for a couple, but not impossible. Good size for one person.

アクセスはとても良いが、エレベーターが一基しかないため、朝など混雑すると予定通り出れないことがある。他は特に問題ないと思います。

部屋の移動が難しく、たとえ延長したくても、カウンターでは手続きができない

トイレの小が流れなく、お風呂の蛇口の取手を回して温度調整がしづらかった。 あと、布団のシーツを変えてもらっていたのに、起きるといつも痒く大変だった。 ちゃんと洗濯されたものなのか気になりました。

Not what I expected. This hotel was below expectation for me.

The hotel itself is very conveniently located near the train station and a Lawson store (which has everything you need including alcohol 24 hours a day) and multiple restaurants. Check in itself was smooth and the room was fine.
