喜歡飯店主動幫忙把行李送到房間。還有驚喜禮物！

環境清靜，附近有大型超市而且近火車站！客房空間在日本來說是很寬敞舒適了！步行至善光寺只是十分鐘左右，非常方便！

安靜舒適乾淨，櫃檯人員親切，車站步行可達。

Pros: 1. Up till now still very few hotel achieved smart card lock for individual guestroom, and here does. To me this is a surprise and #1 plus as smart card lock are more convenient (I can put the card inside the wallet without worries of losing key) and offers higher security standard (smart card lock are more rigid and don't have the vulnerability of key holes) 2. Onsen is a nice addition for a standard business hotel 3. The breakfast provided is nice and got a variety of goodies to eat with 4. Guestroom and bathtub is more spacious than other standard business hotel 5. Rooms equipped with SmartTV and emittion of individual wifi signals, same service standard aligned with other major business hotel corporations Cons: I don't see an obvious drawback here. Location is not closest to the station, but it will just take within a few minutes walk

객실도 깨끗하고 직원분은 친절을 넘어선 경지를 보여주셨어요 그냥 레전드

The carpet in my room had large stains and seemed very old and dirty. I would not foam roll or stretch on it. Check-in staff did not realize I had multiple bookings and did not reserve parking for me. No apology or effort to make amends. Same check-in staff did not allow temporary use of parking lot throughout the day when there was clearly space to accommodate the request. Staff stated I could not use the lobby to make phone calls yet they chat among themselves in laughter.

Very nice room with great amenities. Access to a hot spring spa was lovely and a new experience.

Very clean and convenient. Short walk to Nagano Station for transits, tours; close to shopping and restaurants.

こじんまりとした温泉がよい。素泊まりが好きで、サービスはごく最小限でよいので、アメニティグッズや寝巻き、ティーバッグなども必要な分を選ぶ最近のスタイルが好ましかった。メイク落としが環境配慮されたもので、それもよかった。 洗面所の水道が飲料可能という表記があるといちいち確認しなくて済むかと感じた。 ファミリー向けに完全土足禁止の部屋があったら需要があると思う

The location is quiet strategic, the hotel is so so

The ac worked the first two days and then it didn't. The front desk said they would fix it right away, but it still didn't work. Also the washer/dryer did not dry. It took three trys.

設備は古いが、綺麗にされており、この値段、立地、シャンプーバーのサービスなど必要充分。 ただ、男性浴場にも化粧水などは置いて欲しかった、今の時代は男性も化粧する位だし、男性にも乾燥肌の人はいるので。

長野駅から近くロケーションはよい。部屋も清潔に保たれていて、不快感は一切ない。大浴場は洗い場が3つでこぢんまりしているが、入浴可能時間が長いためか混雑もなく疲れを癒すことができた。

部屋の他に大浴場もあり，ゆっくり入れました。部屋着と必要なアメニティーはロビーから自分で持っていくことで，

部屋が空いてるとの事で広い部屋にグレードアップしていただき快適に過ごせました。

大浴場があると登山の疲れもとれてゆっくり出来ます。

部屋はとても良い感じで洗面所の水道の蛇口はピカピカ❗　連泊しましたが部屋に帰ってきたらスッキリ綺麗に整っていて感激しました

Great stay! Greeted warmly by the lovely front desk staff. A car parking space was available so very convenient. Heaps of bars, cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance. Will be back!
