前台服務人員不是很友善 尤其是早班的. 早餐說是到8:30, 但不到8:15就都没有食物 咖啡機也蓋上不誏喝... 偏偏很多人都跟我一樣八點多才下樓吃早餐

地點方便，房間簡潔

Checkin時 職員用了20分鐘！唔明點解咁耐 嗰陣差唔多夜晚12點 得一客人在我前面！其實方面都可以 但離車站有啲遠！

The Hotel itself was clean and inviting. The staff were exceptional, very helpful with allowing my to leave my bags safely with them and using a holding number for my set. Unfortunately the room was lack luster, which is understandable for a budge hotel, however my specific room was showing its wear(specifically the carpet) and was also a bit smelly and musty, possibly from being damp a some point or previous inattentive guest?… turning on the hvac unit onto dehumidification worked well after being on for a full day. The air purifier unit that was in the room was quite dirty, the primary filter was clean but both blower vent were extremely dirty (I did not use the unit because it would most likely cause respiratory issues from the build-up post filtration. The bed and bathroom were adequate for my needs and having a selection of pillows an available was quite nice. What made up for some of the room issues was the nice variety and selection at breakfast! It was buffet style, of note there is western and Japanese items. I really appreciate having an authentic breakfast during my stay, and the breakfast quality and selection exceed my expectations! Many health options available and lots to choose from.

Room looked tired- chair and floor seemed dirty. Not a lot of variety or fresh food at breakfast.

Rooms are small but price is good and the location is fantastic. Breakfast is excellent, although different from the traditional western hotel breakfast (but much better in my opinion) in that you have hot meat dishes, rice, salads and miso soup. The amenities bar is well stocked and the provided pygamas are very comfortable. They have a happy hour from 5 to 8 pm, with self serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

Excellent location, just behind Sensoji. Breakfast and coffee are great. Lots of dining options. Room a bit small but comfortable. Even a half bath with bath salts In amenities.

Great breakfast buffet and helpful staff

Staff were friendly particularly Mowe - she was very helpful. Room was small but good enough to just sleep. Location was close and walking distance to stores, temple, shops etc.

観光スポットに近く存分に楽しめた

Room was very clean and well appointed. Smaller than we are used to but it worked well. Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. We got new towels every day which was more than we needed and there was no way to easily have the dirty towels picked up.
