Wifi can't be connected well throughout my 4 nights staying. Only successfully connected one time in the first day after check-in. Very bad impression. I had to use my pocket wifi only at night in hotel. Generally, the hotel provided good service as other hotels do. The most impressive advantage is the location that near Metro station and many restaurants surrounded.

Terrible. As mentioned in my another response for my stay in this hotel, terrible. I will not choose this hotel in future.

My experience is Terrible. Room is very hot no matter even I had lowered the temperture, the system did not work, I needed to open the window every night so that I could sleep. Secondly, The b hotel could not find my room reservations records, I needed to inform Hotels.com to investigate and talk to the hotel directly, hotel finally had to input my booking record manually. The B Hotel system is very unreliable. Thirdly, since hotel could not find my booking record, I had to book again in order to make sure I had room to stay. Later, hotel could find my all bookings records. Very unfortunately, Hotel cancelled my room bookings by mistake, they wrote me an apology letter, I had to rebook the room again, of course, the room costs was different and I had to pay higher room costs which was VERY VERY unfair to me because hotel cancelled all my bookings by mistake. The whole experience with such hotel is very bad and disaster to me.

有三人房，放了三張床後空間很少，浴室偏小。位置方便，購物完後可返酒店休息再出外購物。大堂每天有一款小食供應，朱古力鬆餅好味。

暖氣不足夠

Old and dirty. But the location in Ikebukuro is perfect!
