岚山西大酒店

位置優越，房間清整潔寬敞，唯一缺點是要自己提行李上樓梯

乾淨整齊舒適，客房大，適合一家人入住，飯店人員熱心有禮貌，早餐有日式與西式都好吃，值得推薦的飯店，如果下次有去嵐山，會再次入住。

Beautiful boutique hotel. Rooms just gorgeous, great location (catch the number 28 bus from Kyoto station) and good options for self-catering if you get a room with a kitchenette. There's a 24 hour Lawsons mini-supermarket 150m down the road.

First and foremost, the entire staff was absolutely fantastic and made our stay wonderful. They were so helpful and kind from the very beginning. The hotel is in a great location, very clean, cold water bottles always available, very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. There's a small mart down the street and you can walk/e-bike within minutes to major attractions, beautiful temples and Edo period streets. 10/10

The room was so clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, sleep was effortless. So many amenities were offered and added to the experience. Breakfast down stairs was good, the cafe is cozy. This was the most kid friendly hotel I’ve been to, we are booking this hotel for the rest of our stay.

Yes, the room and staff were great and the breakfast was excellent. Very close to the train station too.

Modern hotel with old Japan touches. Loved the yakata robes and tatami mat floors. Most comfy Japanese hotel bed ever. The cafe that serves breakfast below was amazing and I loved the quiet location in Arashiyama. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the river.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay! The staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was spotless. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained, and I really loved my stay here. I would definitely come back again!

Our stay at the GrandWest Arashiyama was exceptional. The room was spacious and clean, reception was incredibly helpful, and the location was quiet and idyllic. During our stay we made the most of the amenities including free refreshments, a washing/drying machine, and a cute cafe situated just downstairs from the hotel entrance. Our stay here was easily one of the best parts of our trip to Japan and I highly encourage those visiting Arashiyama to consider this hotel!

I’ll definitely come back here again if I return to Kyoto.
