Bed too small, I am 181cm already touch the screen door. Website said sofa mode, you will have space at the screen door area, but it is not enough for me to turn around.

如果住宿没有早餐要说明清楚，不然用翻译器也是可以，问了柜台将有，隔天早上进去餐馆没有人问我，我直接拿了，拿了之后要吃，一个老先生才讲我不能吃，我没有这种服务，最后也没有抱歉/对不起什么的，回去房间之前还看到那个老先生指着我讲我事情 拜托，能等我上楼之后才讲吗？为什么我还没有上到去，还要指着我投诉，我没有投诉都算不错了，酒店还可以，就是在处理事情方式很差

購物狂絕對要選擇的超棒住宿選擇，就位於正火紅的涉谷PARCO 隔壁，beams shibuya , pilgrim, united arrows 等知名知名品牌就座落在五分鐘路程處，雖然第一次住這麼小的房間有點不習慣，但整體空間感乾淨時髦，公共浴廁簡約迷人，樓四樓的共用早餐工作區氛圍也讓人很自在，更棒的是櫃檯人員都態度很棒又和善，唯一缺點就是比較容易被鄰居整理行李聲響吵醒，下次絕對會再考慮住宿！

公共空间不错，居住地方太小，脚顶到帘子，上下不方便，每次都要调整床铺，应该床与帘子之间留个10到15 厘米空间。价钱比较贵，capsule 只要2800－3000JPY，这家4000＋

地點方便，設備新，有簡單包點早餐，有530-630免費啤酒喝。 美中不足是房間細小，難以站著換衣服，因走廊有錄影。

The iPod always no battery. Because they use the non Apple brand cable sometimes cannot charge. My check our date set the alarm but the iPod no battery turn off ! Luckily I can wake up myself but only 15mjns left

Nice Staff have smiles and polite . The Room is good and the projector is great ! But I live here 5 days if want to tidy up the clean charge $1000yen...

The bed was quite comfortable and spacious, and the area is quite convenient for shopping and eating! The staffs speaks fluent English (with some foreigner staffs) and were very helpful. The only issue I had was the iPod that controls the lights and bed in the room was disconnected twice during my stay and I had to go to the Front Desk to ask for help. The breakfast time could be crowded around 9AM.

環境乾淨、舒服、以膠囊來說非常安靜，在裝潢上很貼心，房間內是防火塗料，雖然淋浴間和洗手間與房間在同一層樓，但公共空間的隔音門設計非常貼心！

本次入住女性專屬的樓層，安靜而且整潔，英語溝通無礙，睡床空間其實也算寬敞。地點很方便去逛街，如果不想花太多住宿費這裡是個好選擇！

交通方便，就算較晚回去也不用擔心。 交誼廳很明亮也舒適。 床很舒服，還可以調整斜度，唯行李平躺後若太高會較麻煩，其他都很不錯。 浴廁清潔、洗衣服務都很方便。 希望樓層可以有個對外窗，就不用到戶外才能確定天氣狀況了。

At first glance this hotel seems like it will be a fun experience, but no. -There is only one elevator for the whole hotel, so it can take about 10mins or more to get to your floor or the front desk. -There is no seat coverings for the toilets, so its a hot bed for getting sick. -The fans in your capsule are a joke. You will roast. -Staff members coughing into their hands, as they lay out breakfast. -No fresh linens unless you pay. Nasty. -No staff after 1am. When someone's card key didn't work, they were left outside all night, till another traveler arrived. -The staff is just not helpful. The bare minimum is done. -So many coughing and sick people, again a hotbed for illness for travelers in such a small space. I will never stay again.

Capsule hotel, but you get a lot. Great location. Facilites are clean. Staff is helpful. Good vibe. If you just need a good safe place to rest your head during your stay, and revealing solo, this is a good option.
