The staff was so helpful and friendly. That is why we went back for a second time this year. The staff is what sold us on returning to voyager. They have scuba, snorkeling, jet skis rides and the beach boys have little attractions such as camel rides, body painting, canoes and safaris. All though I recommend using the voyager’s amenities because they’re more trustworthy to me. All in all the place was so nice and the food 5 stars. I recommend the Italian dinner where they dine you in a nice area that’s romantic and beautiful. The view on the beach is a nice view. 3 restaurants 3 bars 3 pools you can’t go wrong with the all inclusive. Please do, you will find Winnie so helpful and lovely she was one the reasons we came back a second time this year. We found our new place to vacation and they have a kids center with team members who watch and make sure the young ones are busy so mom and dad can have fun😉All inclusive is very nice bec the dinners can be expensive if not all inclusive and all the alcohol drinks you can take in.

Excellent and well-maintained facility, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful setting, breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful, diverse, and delicious. It's worth wandering through the expansive property- we kept discovering delightful little areas and lounges to enjoy. We had a ground-floor ocean view room near the infinity pool - highly recommended. Air-conditioning in our room was very nice in hot Mombasa weather.
The only improvement would be having more information on the many optional activities available before arriving - we booked a snorkeling & coral reef tour with an operator, not knowing that was something we could have arranged through Voyager. Also, we got conflicting info on cost for airport pickup. We didn't get a reply to our message, so we finally called the hotel directly - not always an option for international travelers. It all worked out, but the process could have been clearer and simpler.
Overall, an excellent resort experience. We would definitely return.

这家蒙巴萨临海的酒店是朋友推荐我们来的，确实不错，服务很热情友好，离海边超级近，整个度假村很大很方便，各项设施很全面，潜店就在海边，浮潜体验很好，船上服务人员很不错，我的手机丢在餐厅幸好有工作人员帮我保存，总之是个不错的地方。

Over the property was well maintained and the staff were courteous and helpful. The amenities are excellent as well. The half day meal plan was good with variety for everyone. There was evening entertainment as well. However, the hotel does not have a large stretch of beach to walk or swim. I personally like to swim in the ocean and go for early morning walks but could not do so as the beach was all covered in coral Also the management did not clean the seaweeds on the small beach space so no room to sit on the beach.

We stayed 3 nights at Voyager and we loved it. We have traveled quite a lot in Africa and this hotel was the best one yet.
The room was clean and newly renovated. No bugs.
Staff was very helpful. A special thanks to Shadarak who even helped us book our traintickets when our MPesa did not work.
Food was delicious. We had the all inclusive package, which included breakfast, lunch, dinner, free drinks and at any time you can order things from the snackbar.
Beach is beautiful, with incredible white sand. But keep in mind there is also corals and rockbed that can be sharp. It might be a good idea to use bathing shoes if you want to cross the rocks during low tide. Those are also sold in the hotel gift shop.
The hotel was a bit difficult to reach via the hotels.com app (don’t know if the issue was from the Voyager side or the app side) so make sure you contact them in time if you need pickup from the airport.
But all in all, this was a wonderful place that we highly recommend!

In the last 12 months I stayed here about 14 days and I recommended this place to friends who stayed over 21 days in total. Compared to other places in Nyali, the Voyager is to be preferred. The food is OK. Not too impressive. Meats could be better cooked. Fruits are fresh. All inclusive does not include all bottled drinks. Bars offer drinks. No snacks. (All inclusive in Egyptian or Turkish resorts for the same price offer day long snacks, burgers, doners, hot dogs etc....) The beach is very small and unpractical. One section of the hotel is being remodeled. So, expect construction noise by day and some loud music by night from the neighbors. Rooms are large and most of them have partial sea view. Furniture looks over 50 years old. Beds are comfortable. Hot water and A/C work. People are nice and friendly. This is why I plan to come back here soon.

Stayed in the newly renovated sea view rooms which was great. Always a great stay with good facilities, helpful staff and great theme nights and entertainment. The only draw back was the Alkaline water at breakfast which was not fresh and some food items (mini steaks) running out. Otherwise always a winner.

We had a great relaxing time at the hotel. Big, clean, with great restaurant and bars, super nice personel. If I am ever back to Mombasa, I will stay there again.
Just a note: it would be better if the seaweed on the beach is cleaned after the tide. Though it is public beach, the smell from the seaweed can be sensed at the infinity pool.

Voyager Beach Resort is an excellent place to have a fun holiday. No complaints about anything. Enjoyed the beach boys/girls too.
Since dining is open to the outdoors, you'll have to be open minded with that fact.
I would recommend that the resort install better ventilation in the Smuggler's Cove. It's the only reason we opted out of this fine dining reservation. I saw no visitors eating there either. It was Empty.
