房間整潔還可以，但服務員基本不想答問題，態度差，附近食店林立，但假期前請先訂位，會有很多人。

飯店位於最精華的地段，去所有地方都非常方便！服務人員的態度非常好，餐廳的舒適度更是沒有話說，自然的採光非常舒服享受，唯一美中不足的，應該是他們的冷氣時有時無，這應該是我這次居住唯一的缺點！但我還是會給這家飯店很高的評價，如果下次再來到這裡，一定會再住這間飯店！！！

Great hotel, the only problem is with the noise of people out on the street at night. I go to sleep early so it’s kind of annoying.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. Everything was as we expected with the possible exception of the breakfast which wasn’t as extensive as other hotels we have stayed in. However, given breakfast was included in our deal, and the room rate was so reasonable, this is nothing to complain about. The bottom line is this hotel offers exceptional value for money and we would happily stay here again.

Perfect old town location & a great conversion of an old building. Bit odd not having an external window but still air movement

The place is really beautiful. We did experience some issues with a very hot room, which they could not solve because it was winter and there was no air conditioning available, despite the room being very hot. We also noticed that after walking barefoot on the floor, our feet were dirty, which was definitely an issue. That said, this is a really beautiful property and I think with more attentive and better trained staff, it could be even better.

Perfect central location.

We had such a lovely stay at Relais Le Chevalier. The hotel itself is really lovely. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The location is great. Would absolutely recommend.

Fint rum nytt badrum och bra garderob. Sängen var dålig och inte minst kuddarna som bara var en liten per säng. Kallt i rummet och inga fönster bara mot ett atrium.

They dobbelt booked our room so we got waken up in the middle of the night by strangers. The room had been used we noticed that but thought okay never mind as we thought okay they forgot to empty the trash can and some water and glad. Not be using them again

Grear staff service!!

Huone oli hieman kylmä lokakuussa, äänieristys kadulle puutteellinen.

Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war köstlich. Die Hotellage war klasse! Man sollte bei der Zimmerauswahl ganz genau drauf achten ob sich das Fenster zur Innenseite befindet, blickt auf das Atrium oder zur Straßenseite.. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, im Bad roch der Gully allerdings sehr streng und da wir keine frische Luft reinbringen konnten war es ein wenig unangenehm.

Relais Le Chevalier made our stay truly memorable. Transportation arrangements at arrival and check-out were handled promptly and efficiently, and the driver was very kind and pleasant, which made the transfers even more comfortable. The reception staff, especially Valerie and Camilla, who were exceptional: warm, respectful, attentive, and a pleasure to deal with. Their thoughtful surprise of a bottle of prosecco on my birthday was an over-the-top gesture that we truly appreciated. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and elegantly designed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and super friendly, kind staff who made mornings a pleasure. The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of the Old Town, close to the Christmas market, restaurants, and shops. Just a small note for guests: due to the central Old Town location, taxis stop nearby rather than directly at the hotel. Overall, the staff, service, ambiance, and our entire experience at Relais Le Chevalier were outstanding, and we would gladly return.

Huone siisti ja äänetön, tosin se oli ikkunaton huone. Aamiainen kohtalainen, piti itse valita listasta, mitä lämmintä ruokaa halusi.
