Relais Le Chevalier made our stay truly memorable. Transportation arrangements at arrival and check-out were handled promptly and efficiently, and the driver was very kind and pleasant, which made the transfers even more comfortable. The reception staff, especially Valerie and Camilla, who were exceptional: warm, respectful, attentive, and a pleasure to deal with. Their thoughtful surprise of a bottle of prosecco on my birthday was an over-the-top gesture that we truly appreciated.
Housekeeping was impeccable, and the room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and elegantly designed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and super friendly, kind staff who made mornings a pleasure. The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of the Old Town, close to the Christmas market, restaurants, and shops.
Just a small note for guests: due to the central Old Town location, taxis stop nearby rather than directly at the hotel. Overall, the staff, service, ambiance, and our entire experience at Relais Le Chevalier were outstanding, and we would gladly return.

Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war köstlich.
Die Hotellage war klasse!
Man sollte bei der Zimmerauswahl ganz genau drauf achten ob sich das Fenster zur Innenseite befindet, blickt auf das Atrium oder zur Straßenseite..
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, im Bad roch der Gully allerdings sehr streng und da wir keine frische Luft reinbringen konnten war es ein wenig unangenehm.

Rummet var super trevligt och hotellet var mysigt! Centralt läge och hjälpsam personal.
Det enda som var negativt var att vi var där över en helg och på morgonen så var det inget varmt vatten när man skulle duscha. Men de gick ju fort att duscha!

The room felt like it was from another, fancier era. The beds were plush and comfortable. I enjoyed little details, like having both a teakettle and a Nescafe coffeemachine. My favorite part was your 6th floor breakfast, with both a buffet of meats, cheeses, and pastries, and a la carte-created menus. I enjoyed the omelet and sausage as well as the potato pancakes. Everyone from your staff was attentive, kind, and helpful.
